Objective:Varicocele is one of the important factors that cause male infertility,The incidence rate of varicocele in infertile males is high,The World Health Organization has classified the varicocele as the primary cause of male infertility.Currently,The mechanism of male infertility caused by varicocele is not entirely clear,In this study,we measure the testicular artery and spermatic vein flow velocity,scrotum temperature,and semen quality in order to explore the relationship between testicular artery and spermatic cord blood flow velocity and scrotal temperature,To further understand the testicular artery and spermatic vein flow velocity and the relationship between semen quality.This study has some reference value on the understanding of varicocele caused by male infertility mechanism.Methods:This study include 247 patients treated in the first affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university between August 2015 and December 2016,180 cases of left varicocele patients are seted as experimental group,67 cases of infertility patients without varicocele are set as the control group,The patients in the experimental group and the control group are confirmed by color Doppler ultrasound.Of the 180 patients with varicocele in the left side,34 have grade ? °varicose veins,120 have grade?°varicose veins,and 26 have grade ?°varicose veins.Measure the testicular artery bloodstream?spermatic vein bloodstream?Scrotum temperature and Semen quality of experimental group and control group,Then make a contrast study on the two groupsof measurements;Give the patiengts with operation of the Varicocele under microscope,.measure Scrotum temperature and Semen quality after three month of the operation,then make a contrast study on the two groups of measurements.Results:The flow velocity of testicular arteries in VC patients(? °,? °,? °)are(13.80±2.82)cm/s?(13.76±2.65)cm/s?(13.81±2.39)cm/s,the control group is(14.00 ± 2.45)cm / s,there is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The flow velocity of spermatic vein in VC patients(? °,? °,? °)are(2.78±0.53)cm/s?(2.65±0.62)cm/s?(2.48±0.50)cm/s,the control group is(3.49±0.40)cm/s,There is a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The temperature of left testicular in VC patients(?°,?°,?°)are(36.58±0.22)? ?(36.66±0.22)? ?(36.95±0.23)?,the control group is(36.15±0.18)?,There is a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The temperature of right testicular in VC patients(?°,?°,?°)are(36.53±0.22)? ?(36.65±0.22)? ?(36.93±0.23)?,the control group is(36.15±0.17)?,There is a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The vigor of sperm in VC patients(? °,? °,? °)are(32.74±1.30)% ?(30.58±1.28)% ?(25.37±1.54)%,the control group is(36.82±1.68)%,there is a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The postoperation quality of sperm in VC patients(? °,? °,? °)are(38.82±1.29)%?(40.64±1.29)%?(31.56±1.29)%,the preoperative quality semen are(32.74±1.30)%?(30.58±1.30)%?(25.37±1.54)%,there is a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The postoperation temperature of right scrotum are(36.20±0.21)??(36.20±0.21)??(36.32±0.21)?,the preoperative emperature of right scrotum are(36.53±0.22)??(36.93±0.22)??(36.65±0.23)?,there is a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The postoperation temperature of left scrotum are(36.20±0.21)?,(36.21±0.21)??(36.34±0.21)?,the preoperative emperature of left scrotum are(36.58±0.22)?(36.95±0.22)??(36.66±0.23)?,there is a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The blood flow rate of varicocele in VC patients is slower than that in control group,This change may be one of the reasonscaused of increased testicular temperature,high scrotal temperature affects the generation and maturation of sperm,which resulted in decreased semen quality and male infertility.The slow velocity of spermatic venous may be one of the causes of male infertility caused by varicocele.
