| Objective:To compare the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with negative pressure drainage,drainage combined with Furacilin Solu-tion and physiological saline combined with negative pressure drainage in three schemes in the treatment of open soft tissue injury.Methods:Will meet the inclusion criteria of patients with open soft tissue injury in 45 cases were randomly divided into Kangfuxin Liquid Group 15 cases,15 cases of nitrofurazone group and normal saline group,15 cases.Negative pressure drainage was used in the three groups.At the same time,the Kangfuxin Liquid group with Kangfuxin Liquid by negative pressure flushing pipe flushing the wound,nitrofurazone group using Furacilin Solution by negative pressure flushing pipe flushing the wound,saline group using saline flushing pipe by negative pressure wound irrigation.Within 21 days of the observation period,the patient’s wound was cleaned up to standard.The wound area was measured before and after seventh,fourteenth,twenty-first days’ treatment and the wound area and shrinkage rate were calculated after VSD removal.The healing grade was divided according to the healing of the wound.Results:On the 21 day of the treatment period,to observe the wound healing of Kangfuxin Liquid group was higher than that of nitrofurazone group,nitrofurazone group was higher than that of saline group,there was significant difference(P<0.05);the overall standard time to clean the wound,there was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05).In 7 days,14 days,21 days,three observation points,the thre-e groups of wound area,shrinkage,the difference between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Three kinds of treatment has certain curative effect,but the Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with negative pressure drainage of the overall treatment effect is better than that of nitrofurazone combined with vacuum drainage,nitrofurazone combined with vacuum drainage is better than saline combined with negative pressure drainage. |
