The Influence Of Tong Guan Fang On The Fasl Caspase-3 And Caspase-8 Expression Of The Fallopian Tube Inflammatory Obstructive Infertility Rat Models

Objective:Through exploring the Influence of Tong Guan Fang on oviduct tissuecell apoptosis factors(Fasl,Caspase-3,Caspase-8)of the FalloPian Tube Inflammatory Obstructive Infertility Rat Models,in order to investigate and verify the drug treatment of falloPian tube obstructive infertility inflammatory mechanisms to provide the experimental basis for the clinical application.Method:The FalloPian Tube Inflammatory Obstructive Infertility Rat Models was established by mixed bacteria of Staphyloccocus aureus,Escherichia coli and M.ureal-yticum.Eighty-two female rats were randomly divided into 7 groups:the normal group,the sham group,the model group,the high dosage of Tong Guan Fang tablets,the middle dosage of Tong Guan Fang tablets,the low dosage of Tong Guan Fang tablets and the control group.After 30 days of treatment,took the rats oviduct.Pathologist change of oviduct was measured by a microscope.In order to investigate and realizethe expression of Fasl,C asp as e-8,C asp as e-3 in oviduct tissue was detected by immunocytochemi-stry.Results:1.Oviduct tissue in rat models of chronic inflammation in performance,show that the mixed bacteria inoculation method can be successfully established pathological SOI model in rats.2.The Tong Guan Fang related to apoptosis factors:the influence of Tong Guan Fang different dose groups all can promote in different degrees in the rat model with the expression of Fasl,Caspase-8,and Caspase-3 onfallopian tube obstructive infertility fallopian tube organization,In order to Induction of inflammatory cells apoptosis,reduce the pathological damage associated with inflammation,thus lead to Tong Guan Fang should play the role of anti-inflammatory.3.The influence of Tong Guan Fang of tubal pathology histology:Tong Guan Fang low,medium and high dose groups all can reduce the fallopian tubes of different level with the surrounding tissue adhesion,reduce the swelling and effusion and congestion,epithelial cell hyperplasia of repair and the pathological changes,reduce the oviduct inflammatory cells infiltration,restore its function and normal anatomical structures.Conclusions:Tong Guan Fang can promote the experssion of Fasl,Caspase-8,Caspase-3,thus Induction and accelerate inflammatory cells apoptosis,playits anti-inflammatory effect,it may be one of the mechanism of treating SOI.
