Abstract:To investigate the regulatory effect of Ganluxiaodudan and its residues on P-selectin and proinflammatory cytokines in CoxA16 mouse model,and to provide some experimental basis for explaining the compatibility of nectar disinfectant and its remnants.Methods:A total of 150 ICR mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group,whole group,Fang residual group,Qing residual group and Li residual group,25 rats in each group.Except for blank group,Each mouse was injected intraperitoneally with 20?L of 107TCID50 CoxA16 standard stock solution.The clinical manifestations of the mice were observed.The survival rate of Hela cells was detected by CCK-8 method.The changes of muscle tissue virus particles were observed by electron microscope.The levels of TNF-a,IL-1?and IL-4 in muscle of mice were detected by ELISA.Morphological changes of muscle were observed under light microscope.The expression of PSGL-1 protein was detected by Western Blot.Results:The whole group,Fang residual group,Qing residual group and Li residual group can improve the survival rate of mice and the weight returned to normal;reduce the damage of CoxA16 virus on the muscle,and reduce muscle virus particles,inhibit the virus in muscle growth;whole group,aromatic residue group and the remnant group,and the residual group inhibited the expression of PSGL-1 protein?P<0.01?,and reduce the inflammatory factor TNF-a,IL-1 beta,IL-4 generation;...
