| ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy and safety of the rhubarb acupoint sticking therapy under the guidance of meridian lingers in the treatment of constipation in critically ill patients.To accumulate clinical experience of the application of rhubarb acupoint sticking therapy under the guidance of meridian lingers.So as to provide more high-quality clinical medical services for critically ill patients,effectively control the disease,improve constipation symptoms.Methods60 constipation patients treated in ICU department of a traditional Chinese Medicine hospital from March 2015 to March 2016.All of the patients were randomly assigned into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with mosaprideorally 1 tablet a time and 3 times a day.Patients in the observation group were treated with the rhubarb acupoint sticking therapy under the guidance of meridian lingers.The acupoint was washed with physiological saline at six clock.And the medical plaster was fixed on Shenque acupoint.One time a day,each time for 6 hours.All of the patients were treated for 4 courses,a course of treatment for 7 days.The total effective rate,the incidence of adverse reactions,the symptom score of constipation,the movement function of anal canal,the coordinated movement function of rectum and anal canal,rectal sensation function of the two groups were compared.Results1.The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%.The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the scores of defecation interval time,defecation speed,defecation characteristics,defecation difficulty,defecation consciousness of the observation group were(0.64±0.15),(1.23±0.78),(1.01 ±0.50),(0.92±0.35)and(0.85±0.70).The scores of defecation interval time,defecation speed,defecation characteristics,defecation difficulty,defecation consciousness of the control group were(1.15±0.13),(2.02±0.80),(1.75±0.48),(1.53±0.34)and(1.51 ±0.67).The observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the RP,HPZ,MSP and DSS of the observation group were(65.38±1.52)mmHg,(4.47±0.32)cm,(194.37±1.50)mmHg,(14.10±1.25)s.The RP,HPZ,MSP and DSS of the control group were(61.20±1.45)mmHg,(4.22±0.30)cm,(185.69±1.41)mmHg,(12.65±1.24)s.The observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the IRP,RAP,ARR and RAPG of the observation group were(35.79±1.11)mmHg,(46.90±1.41)mmHg,(33.85±1.3)%,(-11.44±1.33)mmHg.The IRP,RAP,ARR and RAPG of the control group were(33.08 ±1.20)mmHg,(53.33±1.45),(29.48±1.35)%,(-15.24±1:26)mmHg.The observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the initial sensory threshold of rectum,initial defecation threshold of rectum and maximum tolerance dose of rectum were(25.10±0.85)ml,(52.10±1.35)ml,(141.73±4.25)ml of the observation group.The initial sensory threshold of rectum,initial defecation threshold of rectum and maximum tolerance dose of rectum were(22.37±0.90)ml,(46.48± 1.32)ml,(134.99±4.11)ml of the control group.The observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.The rhubarb acupoint sticking therapy under the guidance of meridian lingers in the treatment of constipation in critically ill patients has a better efficacy and safety.2.The rhubarb acupoint sticking therapy under the guidance of meridian lingers can effectively improve the symptom score of constipation,the movement function of anal canal,the coordinated movement function of rectum and anal canal,rectal sensation function.3.The rhubarb acupoint sticking therapy under the guidance of meridian lingers can be used as a preferred treatment therapy for constipation in critically ill patients. |
