| Purpose:by observing the meridional lingers acupuncture and rehabilitation training of the clinical curative effect of treatment of dysphagia after stroke,for meridian lingers stitch in clinical promotion provide feasibility basis.Method:between January 2016 and January 2017,changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital doctor meet eligibility criteria of 60 patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases each.Both groups of neurology routine drug treatment,at the same time,active control and effectively reduce complications.Treatment group: according to the meridian lingers stitch them on that day was open initiated conventional acupuncture,acupoint acupuncture needling combined with rehabilitation training.The control group in the conventional acupuncture and rehabilitation training.4 weeks for a period of treatment.According to patients before and after treatment,efficacy kubota drinking water test score points rate were assessed.Treatment and organize data are obtained in the process of using SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistics and analysis.Result:two groups of patients with gender,age,type,duration and treatment before kubota drinking water test results through statistical tests,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),comparable.After a period of treatment clinical observation,kubota drinking water test scores before and after treatment two group were obviously improved,the treatment group total effective rate was 90.00%,control group total effective rate was 80.00%,the treatment group is better than that of control group,the difference statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:the meridian lingers stitch with rehabilitation treatment of dysphagia after stroke curative effect,no obvious adverse reaction,meridian lingers acupuncture curative effect affirmation,worthy of clinical promotion and further study. |
