Part Ⅰ The Effect of Chest Pain Center Pattern on STEMI Patients Objective:To explore the effect of standardized chest pain center emergency mode on myocardial ischemia time and prognosis in patients with STEMI.Methods:96 patients with STEMI were enrolled in the center of the chest pain center.The patients were divided into chest pain center group and green channel group.The patients were divided into chest pain center group and normal group.Data,related time index,coronary angiography data,postoperative 1 month and 6 months follow-up data,etc,were compared and analyzed.Results:1.D-to-B time in both groups was significantly shorter,especially in the chest pain center group,has reached the international standar90min.The time of FMC-to-B and the total ischemia time in the chest pain center group were also higher than those in the green channel group(P>0.05).2.The rate of D-to-B time and FMC-to-B time in the chest pain center group was significantly higher than that in the green channel group.3.Logistic regression analysis showed that the outpatient transfer,high school or higher education was an independent predictor of FMC-to-B time.4.There were significant differences in acute heart failure,postoperative 24 hours postoperative colic,postoperative ST segment depression>50%,intraoperative malignant reperfusion arrhythmia and reperfusion arrhythmia(P<0.05),cardiogenic death The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Chest pain center model can shorten the total myocardial ischemia time and improve the D-to-B time,FMC-to-B time compliance rate.2.There is a certain correlation between the transfer of the hospital and the high school and above and the FMC-to-B time,which may be the factor that affects the FMC-to-B time.3.Chest pain center model to a certain extent,improve the prognosis of patients with STEMI.PartⅡ Effect of Chest Pain Center Model combined with Musk Baoxin Pills on STEMI PatientsObjective:To understand whether the STEMI patients with PPCI in the center of the thoracic pain center combined with musk Baoxin pills can bring further clinical benefit.Methods:96 patients with chest pain center were divided into two groups:the group of musk and the traditional group.The two groups were treated with secondary prevention of coronary heart disease,(2 capsules,3/day)were followed up for 3 months to observe the classification of cardiac function,grade of angina,BNP and CRP.Results:There was no significant difference in cardiac function,BNP-and CRP(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in angina pectoris between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The patients with STEMI who underwent anesthesia with PCI in the center of the thoracic pain center were able to improve the symptoms of angina pectoris.
