The Clinical Observation Of Functional Dyspepsia Of Mixed Cold And Heat Syndrome With The Treatment Of Anwei Decoction

Objective: By adopting the method of randomized controlled trials,research the clinical effect of Anwei decoction on patients with cold-heat complicated syndrome of functional dyspepsia,and the influence of plasma cholecystokinin and vasoactive intestinal peptide level,provide certain clinical evidence for the treatment of cold-heat complicated syndrome of functional dyspepsia.Method: With reference to functional dyspepsia Rome Ⅲ diagnostic criteria and standards of syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine,60 patients were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Anwei decoction is used in the observation group and drank with warm water in twice,one dose a day.However,Domperidone Teblets and Compound Azimtamide Entieric-coated Tablets is used in the control group.Domperidone Teblets take 10 mg 3 times a day before meals.And Compound Azimtamide Entieric-coated Tablets take 470 mg 3 times a day after meals.At the same time,this treatment course last 2 months for each group.The difference of TCM symptom score and the level of plasma cholecystokinin and vasoactive intestinal peptide before and after treatment are observed.These data are statistically analyzed using SPSS19.0 software.Results: After the treatment,the total effective rate is 85.71% in the observation group while 71.43% in the control group,which is lower than that of the observation group.There is a significant difference between them(P<0.05).TCM symptom score of two groups have decreased after the treatment(P all<0.01)and the effect of treatment group is better than that of control group.The difference has statically significant(P<0.01).The level of plasma cholecystokinin and vasoactive intestinal peptide of two groups have decreased after the treatment(P all<0.01)and the effect of treatment group is better than that of control group.The difference has statically significant(P all< 0.05).Conclusions: First of all,the curative effect of Anwei decoction on patients with cold-heat complicated syndrome of functional dyspepsia is positive and safe.To a certain extent,it helps reduce patients’ plasma cholecystokinin and the level of vasoactive intestinal peptide.In addition,the mechanism of Anwei decoction on patients with coldheat complicated syndrome of functional dyspepsia may be related to affect patients’ plasma cholecystokinin and the level of vasoactive intestinal peptide.
