Distribution Characteristics And Influencing Factors Of TCM Constitution In Patients With Severe Exacerbation Tendency Of Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective: To investigate the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of TCM Constitution in patients with severe exacerbation tendency of chronic hepatitis B in Guangxi Zhuang and Han nationalities,and to further study the influence of related factors.Methods: According to the national "Chinese constitution classification and decision table" standard,Epidemiological studies were used in "the questionnaires of TCM Constitution in patients with severe exacerbation of chronic hepatitis B" to collect information,including general information,dialectical body information and Distinguishing TCM constitution,inspection indexes etc.Results:The results of this study are only limited to TCM Constitu-t ion in patients with severe exacerbation tendency of chronic hepatitis B in Guangxi Zhuang and Han nationalities.Firstly,the distribution charact-eristics of the 9 kinds of TCM constitutions of qi deficiency constitution,damp-heat constitution,blood stasis constitution,qi stagnation consti-tution and yin deficiency constitution,followed by the Yang deficiency constitution,phlegmdam pness constitution,intrinsic quality constitution,balanced constitution.The distribution of damp-heat constitution,qi deficie-ncy constitution,blood stasis constitution and qi stagnation constitution are concerned with age,gender,nationality,regionalism.After random multiclass logistic regression analysis(all P<0.05),it obtains the value of P from small to large,regionalism,nationality,gender,age.Among them,the sex differences of the 9 TCM constitutions were statistically significant(X~2=6.234 a,P=0.013<0.05),specially,the male is higher than the female,the Han nati-onalitymale is more than Zhuang nationa-lity male.There were significant differences in the ages of damp-heat constitution,qi deficiency constitution,blood stasis constitution and qi stagnation constitution,But the Han nationality should be excluded from da-mp-heat constitution and blood stasis constitution(P=0.07>0.05),qi deficiency constitution and qi stagnation constitution in Zhuang Nationality(P=0.969>0.05).The distribution of damp-heat constitution,qi deficiency constitution,yin deficiency constitution and qi stagnation constitution are different in Guangxi region(F=2.693,P=0.034<0.05).Moreover,there were no differences in the 4 constitutions among the Han nationality in Guangxi(X~2=75.129 b,P=0.392>0.05)and were differe nces in Zhuang nationality(X~2=80.00 c,P=0.00<0.05).Thirdly,the distribution of damp-heat constitution,qi deficiency constitution,blood stasis constitution and qi stagnation constitution was correlated with HBV-DNA levels(Z=3,P=0.00 < 0.05),and the HBV-DNA levels were decreased by damp-heat constitution,qi deficiency constitution,blood stasis constitu-tion and qi stagnation constitution.Fourthly,by pearson analysis,dampheat constitution,qi deficiency constitution were correlation with ALT,TBil,PTA,ALB,HBV-DNA index(P < 0.05),between damp-heat constitution,qi deficiency constitution and ALT,TBil,HBV-DNA positive correlation,negative correlation with PTA,ALB.The levels of CD4~+and CD8~+ in the damp-heat constitution,qi deficiency constitution and blo od stasis constitution are all increased,while the CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio decrea-sed.Conclusions: The distribution characteristics of 9 kinds of TCM constitution in patients with severe exacerbation tendency of chronic hepatitis B in Guangxi Zhuang and Han nationalities from high to low were qi deficiency constitution,damp-heat constitution,blood stasis constitution,qi stagnation constitution and yin deficiency constitution,followed by the Yang deficiency constitution,phlegmdam pness constitution,intrinsic qu-ality constitution,balanced constitution.The distribution of damp-heat con-stitution,qi deficiency constitution,blood stasis constitution and qi stag-nation constitution is influenced by regionalism,nationality,gender,age.The results of this study can not fully represent the overall level of the sample,and next we need to car-ry out a large number of samples,multicenter studies to further verify.ALT,TBil,PTA,ALB,HBV-DNA testing,combined with the patient’s TCM constitution,will help patients with severe exacerbation of chronic hepatitis B in the critical phase of the disease evaluation,and CD4~+,CD8~+joint testing can better understand the assessment of the disease.Although the study has not found sensitiv e indicators of the occurrence and development of the disease,it provide an objective basis for the assessment of the severity of the patientswith severe exacerbation of chronic hepatitis B in the period of severe liver disease.
