Clinical Observation On Treatment Of The Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined With Dingkun Dan On Reproductive Age Women With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:To summarize the understanding of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,through the clinical study,preliminary evaluation of Bushen Huoxue decoction(self-experience side)combined with Dingkun Dan sequential treatment of kidney asthenia and blood stasis type of reproductive age women with PCOS and its clinical efficacy and safety,and to explore its mechanism,so as to TCM dialectical therapy of kidney asthenia and blood stasis type of reproductive age women with PCOS provide new clinical evidences.Method:Cases were from February 2016 to November 2016 in Hubei hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of gynecological clinic treatment of patients,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,35 patients of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of reproductive age women with PCOS would be included in the clinical research,the use of Bushen Huoxue decoction combined Dingkun Dan treatment,using their own control method.On the fifth day of menstruation or taking progesterone withdrawal bleeding on the fifth day after the start of the medicine,in follicular and ovulation period taking self-prescription Hushen Huoxue decoction,in luteal phase taking Dingkun Dan(menstrual withdrawal,such as menstrual cycle is not to continue the medication).Continuous treatment 0f 3 menstrual cycles.To observe the clinical effective rate,acne,menstruation,TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome efficacy,hirsutism,sex hormone level,anti-Mullerian hormone,ovulation follicle diameter,ovarian endometrial thickness,basal body temperature and drug safety and other aspects of the impact,for analysis.Results:The total effective rate of clinical aspects,after summarizing the clinical data and analyzing the results,found that Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with Dingkun Dan cured in 8 cases(22.86%),markedly effective in 12 cases(34.29%),effective in 8(22.86%),ineffective in 7 cases(20%),the total effective rate is 80%.Acne and hirsutism improved after treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of T,LH,LH/FSH、AMH were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),the levels of FSH and E2 were higher than those before treatment(P<0.01).The efficacy of TCM symptoms:the menstrual cycle was significantly improved(P<0.01);TCM syndrome total score decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.01);10 cases of TCM symptoms recovered after treatment(28.57%),markedly effective in 12 cases(34.29%),effective in 7 cases(20%),ineffective 6 cases(17.14%),total effective rate is 82.86%.After treatment,the thickness of the endometrium was significantly thickened(P<0.05).The follicular diameter of ovulation in patients with after treatment than before treatment significantly increased(P<0.05).After treatment,the patients with BBT significantly improved,before treatment 22 cases of single-phase basal body temperature,13 cases of biphasic phase,treatment of single-phase in 8 cases,biphasic phase in 27 cases,the difference was statistically significant,BBT effective rate(biphasic and atypical biphasic)up to 57.14%.After treatment,body weight and body mass index(BMI)decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Safety index: drugs during the treatment of patients in the clinical treatment showed no obvious side effects and blood and urine,stool routine,liver and kidney function,blood coagulation function and ECG,results suggest that there were no significant anomalies.Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with Dingkun Dan on treatment of PCOS with kidney asthenia and blood stasis type of reproductive age women,clinical total efficiency of 80%,not only can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,but also can regulate the level of reproductive hormones in patients with the help of endometrial growth,induce follicular maturation,the formation of the normal menstrual cycle.The basal body temperature was significantly changed from phase to biphasic type.But also improve the patient’s waist and knees,aversion to cold,menstrual blood clots,hirsutism,acne score,and body mass index.From the safety index of patients during treatment showed no obvious side effects and clinical tests were normal,visible by Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with Dingkun Dan sequential treatment of the disease,good safety,little side effect,to provide effective evidence for clinical.
