| Objective:By observing the improvement of clinical symptoms after taking Bushen Huoxue decoction in patients with hypomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and monitoring the changes of menstruation,endometrial thickness,sex hormone level,blood flow parameters of uterine spiral artery before and after treatment,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Bushen Huoxue decoction in the treatment of hypomenorrhea of Kidney deficiency and Blood stasis objectively and realistically,and further explore the pathogenesis of hypomenorrhea and the mechanism of Bushen Huoxue decoction in the treatment of hypomenorrhea,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods:A total case of 60 patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis confirmed by the outpatient service were randomly divided into two groups;the control group(n = 30)and the treatment group(n = 30).The treatment group was treated with Bushen Huoxue decoction.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate plus diproprogesterone.After the course of treatment,the changes of the related therapeutic indexes in the two groups were observed and compared,and the adverse reactions during the medication period were observed.Results:1.Comparison of menstrual volume:after treatment,the scores of menstrual haemorrhage map of the two groups increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the menstrual volume of the two groups could be increased after treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.2 Comparison of endometrial thickness:after treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups were thicker thanbefore,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the endometrial thickness of the two groups could be increased after treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.3.Comparison of serum sex hormone levels:there was no significant difference in estradiol(E2)before and after treatment in the treatment group(P>0.05),but the average value of E2 after treatment was higher than t before,while there was significant difference in E2 in the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the control group could increase the level of E2,but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in LH,FSH and PRL between and intra the two groups before and after treatment.4.Comparison of blood flow parameters of uterine spiral artery:there were significant differences in pulsatile index and resistance index in the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment in PI(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment in RI(P<0.05).The results showed that the two groups could improve the uterine spiral artery blood flow after treatment.The effect of the two groups on PI level was the same,and the treatment group was superior to the control group in the decrease of RI level.5.Comparison of TCM syndrome score:there were significant difference of TCM syndrome score in the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the treatment group was better than the control group.6.Comparison of the comprehensive efficacy:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue decoction in the treatment of patients with hypomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and blood stasis is definite,and the curative effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction on improving serum sex hormone level is similar to that of the control group.But in improving clinical symptoms,increasing endometrial thickness,increasing menstrual volume,improving the status of endometrial blood flow,it is better than the control group;and has high safety,is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
