Study On Preparation And Quality Standard Of Xianglian Microemulsion

Tinea pedis is one of the most common superficial mycoses in clinical caused by trichophyton,Which is susceptible to infection between the foot and toes.Because of the special anatomical and physiological characteristics of human foot,the tinea pedis turn into the easy infection site of superficial mycosis."Beriberi" medicine called tinea pedis,in southern China we called it "athlete's foot",A lot of people with the disease in the south,especially in the hot summer prone to illness or aggravation,due to itching is very obvious,very annoying.Tinea pedis is not serious,a lot of people want to rule but not insist,also very confused.Many people think it is a minor illness,what's the big deal,but in fact this disease has many potential hazards or likely to cause serious consequences:(1)It may cause tinea pedis eczema,hand foot chapped and pain;(2)Destroy the toenail,spread to other parts of the body caused by onychomycosis ringworm,etc.;(3)Cause foot odor;(4)Infect other people and become the source of infection;(5)Caused by erysipelas,vasculitis,paronychia etc..In recent years,The drug in the treatment of tinea pedis mostly western medicine,Which can be directly and quickly in the skin,if we standardized medication can get better curative effect.But the long course of treatment of Western Medicine needs to a lot of patients can not adhere to the rules of athlete's foot when the treatment of tinea pedis.And long term use of the same type of drug is also easy to cause fungal resistance.Traditional Chinese medicine thinks,Skin tinea is due to damp heat toxin into the body,Which leads to viscous damp,lingering illness,recurrent refractory.Chinese medicine for the treatment of tinea pedis has a long history in our country.The most commonly used for traditional Chinese medicine has insecticidal antipruritic and qingrezaoshi efficacy.Such as sophora root,phellodendron bark,cnidium fruit etc..Traditional Chinese medicine preparation can adjust human physiological function to remove the lesion.However,traditional Chinese medicine has the disadvantages of slow onset,long course of treatment and inconvenient.So looking for preparations with high efficiency and low side effect and high compliance,has important significance for the treatment of tinea pedis.This subject is based on the hospital preparation of Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital,Which is mainly composed of cloves,Coptis chinensis,Fructus Cnidii,gentian,matrine and other Chinese herbal medicine.Xianglian microemulsion mainly includes extraction of active ingredients from prescription drugs,And the treatment of superficial fungal infection of the second line of drugs benzoic acid and salicylic acid.The combination of Chinese and western,and learn from each other,Can not only carry forward the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the overall concept of regulation,but also has the advantages of rapid onset of Western medicine.This subject adopts the central composite design and response surface method to extract the active ingredients from Chinese herbal medicines.Taking the content of main active components as index,To investigate the factors and levels of the main active ingredients in the prescription,and to select the best extraction process.This subject was studied with the emulsifier and cosolvent were systematically screened.The preparation method of the emulsion was studied,so as to determine the optimal formula and preparation method.In this paper,the identification and determination of several kinds of indicators in the preparation were studied.The quality standard of Xianglian micro emulsion,provides a scientific basis for the quality control of the preparation.In this paper,the preliminary stability of microemulsion was studied.Including the emulsion stability,heat stability,cold storage stability and anti freezing experiment.The properties,content and other physical and chemical indexes of the microemulsion were investigated.The test results show that all the inspection items conform to the quality standard and have good stability.In conclusion,the extraction technology and molding process of Honglian microemulsion were studied in detail,and the quality standard of the microemulsion was established.The stability of the microemulsion was investigated,which provide a reference for the development and application of Xianglian micro emulsion in the future.
