| Objective: This study includes two aspects: experimental study and clinical observation.The clinical section compares the therapeutic effects of electroacupuncture and conventional acupuncture on cerebral ischemia,and optimizes the clinical treatment of cerebral ischemia.Through the establishment of animal experiment in mice after cerebral ischemia reperfusion model of epidermal growth factor receptor on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in function,and the relevance of the mechanism of EA in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Method: 1 Experimental Study: 30 C57 mice with random number table,randomly divided into control group,model group and electroacupuncture group of three groups,with 10 mice in each group,using the suture method to establish mouse middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)cerebral ischemia model rats in the electroacupuncture group before and after the completion of the MCAO model were given electroacupuncture "Shuigou" and "Chengjiang" two points.Mice in each group were decapitated and brain after 24 hours of ischemia and reperfusion,and some of them were directly frozen for TTC staining.Another part of the brain cortex,extracted protein,Western blot method to detect the expression of EGFR and i NOS in the cerebral cortex of mice.2 Clinical observation: The research design of a single blind,randomized,controlled trials to observe the curative effect of electroacupuncture in ischemic brain damage,collection of Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital of Wuhan met the inclusion criteria were collected,60 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke,using random control group,divided into treatment group and control group,each group were randomly assigned to 30 cases.The treatment group received acupuncture treatment,the control group was given ordinary acupuncture treatment,two groups of patients treated by electro acupuncture 1 times a day,7 days for a course,and the next day intervals again a course,a total of 2 courses of treatment.All cases were respectively before and after the treatment by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,modified Barthel index assessed,recorded before and after treatment between the two groups were evaluated,and the results were statistically analyzed and compared to determine whether it has statistical significance.Basic treatment: In accordance with the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Including the maintenance of airway patency,improve circulation,anti platelet aggregation,lowering blood pressure,lowering blood fat to stabilize blood vessel plaque,protect and nutrition nerve,oxygen free radical scavenging of conventional drugs.Results: 1 Animal experiment results 1.1 Bederson score results The control group Bederson score was 0 points,the mice showed no motor dysfunction;The model group underwent MCAO surgery,Bederson score increased significantly,there are significant differences with the control group,and the difference has statistical significance(p<0.05);Electroacupuncture dry Bederson score was significantly lower than that of model group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).1.2 TTC staining results Model of cerebral ischemia mice volume was significantly higher than control group,showed that mice MCAO after surgery,caused the artery in the brain infarction caused by mouse brain ischemia injury,showing the main parts in mice with cerebral ischemia in the parietal lobe,frontal area and basal ganglia;compared with the model group,EA group significantly reduced brain volume of cerebral ischemia in mice.1.3 Expression of EGFR and i NOS Compared with the control group,the expression of EGFR in the model group increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);EGFR protein content compared with the model group the electroacupuncture group were continued to rise after the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the expression of i NOS in each group: model group mice i NOS expression levels increased significantly,the difference is statistical significance(P<0.05);Electroacupuncture intervention after the expression of i NOS was compared with the model group decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2 Clinical observation results 2.1 After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<O.O5)compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups after treatment(P<O.05).2.2 In the treatment group BI,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<O.O5),the difference was statistically significant between the two groups after treatment(P<O.05)(BI = two).2.3 After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3%.The efficiency of the two groups were compared,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<O.05).Conclusions: 1 EA can decrease cerebral ischemia in mice after Bederson ischemia score,reduce brain volume,improve mouse motor dysfunction and neurological impairment,contributes to recovery of nerve function in mice and its neuroprotective function after cerebral ischemia may be the mechanism of acupuncture by changing the astrocyte secretory phenotype,the endogenous EGFR protein synthesis and secretion can promote the expression of i NOS and inhibited the reduction of NO,control of inflammation in the central nervous system,brain protection.2 In the foundation of clinical routine medication,compared with conventional acupuncture,acupuncture stimulation therapy,have better effect on ischemic stroke patients.Alleviate neurological impairment and symptoms of acute ischemic stroke patients,improve the patient’s daily life ability,can decrease the disability rate and fatality rate of ischemic stroke. |
