Objective:Using "repair bone particles" treatment of senile osteoporotic colles fracture,the therapeutic effect was observed,verify its validity,for the majority of patients with osteoporotic colles were included in the standard and do not accord with standard of exclusion.The 67 patients according to random number table method is divided into the treatment group and control group,the treatment group(34 cases,control group 33 cases,during the treatment,treatment group fall off 4 cases,control group falls off 3 cases.Two groups of patients with gender,age,bone mineral density at baseline data by statistical comparison before treatment,P>0.05,no statistical difference,the study on curative effect difference can be.Control group B using the joint anti osteoporosis drug treatment:oral calcium carbonate D3,once per day,one tablet.Oral tablet of calcitriol,once per day,one tablet;Salmon calcitonin injection,50 iu/d,muscle injection after 2 weeks to 1 times a week.Treatment group patients in the control group on the basis of taking A bone particles,the formulas of:notoginseng 2 packages,rhizoma drynariae,cornu cervi 1 package,epimedium,1 pack 1 package,desertliving cistanche,one thousand jins 1 pack 1 pack,prepared rhizome of rehmannia,angelica 1 bag,1 bag,radix paeoniae alba(traditional Chinese medicine pellets for guangdong pharmaceutical production)water A blunt,2 times A day,take 2 weeks to 1 times A day.Undisplaced fractures in the two groups of patients do not need reconstructive or incomplete fracture,use splint fixation2-4 weeks.Have displaced fractures adopt manual reduction,using the reconstructive technique of two commonly used.Check production,such as poor fracture alignment or inappropriate position of pads,correct in a timely manner.Bandage firmness shoulds not be too tight or too loose,forearm neutral position hanging in his chest.Adhere to the fisting exercise.According to the condition of patients with fracture healing,general demolition splint after 4 weeks.Each patient treatment period for 12 weeks,clinical investigation period is 6 months,during the treatment of 4 weeks,6 weeks,12 weeks follow-up and record the observation indexes.Recorded respectively in accordance with the requirements in the corresponding time points corresponding to the two groups of patients treatment time point data:pain,functional status,grip strength,subjective data will be analysised by SPSS18.0 statistical software.according to measurement data using t test,counting data with X2 test,hierarchical data with rank and inspection,repeated measurement design using analysis of variance,when P<0.05 when thinks that there are significant differences between the two groups of data,when P>0.05 when there was no significant difference between two groups of data.Results:(1)Group adopted the "repair bone particles" superposition patients curative effect,clinical symptoms obviously improved than the control group,and less adverse reaction,no obvious side effects.(2)the treatment group of 30 cases of 15 patients were cured,13 patients were improved,the total effective rate was 93.33%,the control group in the 9 cases recovered,15 cases were better,the total effective rate was 86.66%.Through statistical analysis and comparison,P<0.05,the two groups in curative effect comparison there is statistical significance.Two groups of patients after treatment in the Green O’&Brien wrist score,BMD values compared with before treatment has integral is improved obviously,swelling of the score significantly lower than before treatment,the incidence of complications,the control group is significantly higher than the control group.Two groups of patients with clinical symptoms were improved after treatment,and the two groups after treatment of various index score in treatment group is better than that of control group,by statistical comparison(P<0.05),significant differences.(3)Two groups of patients after treatment were adverse events occur,the incidence of treatment group was 13%,the control group was 40%.Are not found in the process of treatment of liver and kidney function damage,only 4 cases of treatment group has gastrointestinal reaction on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and the control group five patients with gastrointestinal tract reaction,1 case of allergic reaction,6 cases of constipation,after drug withdrawal symptoms can disappear.The X2 test of two groups the incidenceof adverse events was statistically significant.Conclusion:"Filling bone granule" in treating osteoporotic colles fracture(liver and kidney deficiency and blood deficiency type clamp silt)clinical trials can achieve good clinical effect,it is worth popularizing in clinical with its safe and effective.
