Research Objective:This paper aims to analysis the Herbal penetration therapy in the treatment of senile osteoporosis vertebral compression fracture postoperative PKP clinical effect of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type, research the method to improve the safety and the action principle of residual low back pain and other symptoms and signs after PKP.Research methods:Methods:On the basis of scientific research and design principle, sixty patients met the inclusion criteria after PKP subjects who randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group which were treated with the Herbal penetration therapy,the other team not be Herbal penetration therapy, other methods were the same. The two period of treatment two weeks, according to the detection results of patients with follow-up, and before and after the treatment, second weeks, fourth weeks after treatment of this three point monitoring records, respectively, analyzes and compares the integration, judge the curative effect, using SPSS17.0statistical software for statistical processing. The research results:1, two teams of patients with preoperative factors and the index (gender, age, BMD, TCM syndrome score and VAS score, the percentage of anterior vertebral height, Cobb angle, bone injection quantity and injection mode) showed no significant difference (P>0.05), the two groups were comparable.2, two teams of patients after the treatment of TCM symptoms and signs and treatment of total points around each other had no significant difference (P>0.05).3, two teams of patients after treatment for two weeks and four weeks after the VAS score before and after treatment were compared with each other, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the two teams of patients after treatment for two weeks and four weeks compared with before treatment ODI score, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:1、Herbal penetration therapy can effectively relieve the elderly osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture(kidney deficiency and blood stasis) patients after PKP residual pain, and improve the movement of low back2、HuoXueAnTong wine is Safe and effective for External application, when it merge Herbal penetration therapy is very effectively to the patient with osteoporotic vertebralcompression fracture(kidney deficiency and blood stasis) PKP postoperative.
