ObjectiveStudy on Qiangjijianli Fang's intervention, patients with myasthenia gravis were treated in our hospital and the clinical features of the perioperative efficacy analysis, whether can improve and regulate the patients with myasthenia gravis in perioperative inflammatory and immune level, the incidence of postoperative medication in the treatment of myasthenia gravis crisis, indicators of adverse reactions.MethodsRetrospective analysis of standard in our hospital 99 cases of extended thymectomy for MG patients with clinical data, preoperative without taking Qiangjijianli Fang divided into experimental group and control group,to collect clinical data for statistical analysis, observation index analysis and comparison of two groups of primary efficacy:including the perioperative period(preoperative, postoperative day third)the index of blood analysis, blood glucose variation index and postoperative MG crisis, secondary efficacy indicators including postoperative hospital stay, postoperative tracheal intubation, tube indwelling time etc.Using SPSS20.0 for statistical analysis.ResultsIn 99 cases,52 cases in the experimental group,47 cases in the control group. The study of postoperative myasthenic crisis were 8 cases, including 3 cases in the experimental group,5 cases in the control group, two groups of crisis incidence rates were 5.76%and 10.63%,8 cases. The patients were discharged can be seen in the experimental group. The incidence is lower than the domestic average level over the same period, the control group at home and abroad, the average level of basic level, may be influenced by the quantity of samples, two groups after the crisis situation is no significant difference,so the effectiveness of.the required prospective large sample data for further research. In two groups of patients with postoperative NLR,PLR changes comparison and postoperative difference, had statistically significant differences(P<0.05),changes of Qiangjijianli prescription can significantly interfere with NLR and PLR index;two groups of patients in the postoperative blood glucose, white blood cell, platelet drug safety index failed to come to a more Statistical differences caused by the difference between the two groups, but in white blood cells and platelets in patients with significant difference(P<0.05),indicating the adverse reaction effect of Qiangjijianli Fang intervention can to some extent improve the pure western medicine treatment of myasthenia gravis, but its effectiveness also requires prospective large sample the data further research;two groups of patients in hospitalization days after operation, tracheal intubation and gastric tube indwelling time, postoperative defecation is no significant difference(P>0.05),so the Qiangji jianli Fang in the above aspects of the role or not still need further study of experimental research.ConclusionQiangjijianli Fang of the occurrence of MG crisis intervention can improve the postoperative, and to some extent improve and regulate the myasthenia gravis patients perioperative immune state level, oxidative stress and inflammation of the body. But because the study is a retrospective analysis, the validity of the required prospective large sample randomized controlled trials further confirmed. In Qiangjijianli Fang's intervention, and the changes of lymphocyte level, the correlation between NLR and PLR level is worth further study.Qiangjijianli prescription combined with western medicine treatment of MG postoperative blood glucose, white blood cells, platelets in drug safety evaluation is better than the pure western medicine treatment, also need prospective large sample research on data research.
