| Objective:To observe Huoxue Huayu Decoction on reducing the swelling of the affected limb and reducing the complications of the skin in the treatment of calcaneal fracture.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were selected from July 2015 to January 2017.They were randomly divided into control group group A,n=30)and experimental group(group B,n=30).A group were given intravenous drip of Mannitol Injection and raise the limb swelling treatment.On the basis of A group,B group was given daily oral Huoxue Huayu Decoction.Fasting venous blood 5ml detection in patients with blood rheology and serum inflammatory factor in first days and seventh days after operation were measured.In the morning of 1st,3rd,5th,7th days,measuring foot circumference with a tape and taking a score of VAS.From the beginning of the first day after operation,closely observing the time of the appearance of the affected limb and the situation of skin complications such as skin tension blisters and poor wound healing.After recording data on blood viscosity and blood rheology in hematocrit,fibrinogen,serum inflammatory factor TNF-alpha and IL-6,swelling,pain relief rate,skin syndrome appeared for the first time,and then make analysis of these data.Results:?The blood rheology:The whole blood viscosity of first and seventh days after operation in group A were about 8.95±1.40 and 6.09±1.08,respectively,and the hematocrit were 0.62±0.05 and 0.53±0.46,and the fibrinogen were 5.02±0.25 and 4.37±0.63.the whole blood viscosity of group B were 9.01±0.89 and 5.08±0.45,hematocrit were 0.50±0.04 and 0.36±0.45,fibrinogen were 4.92±0.24 and 3.54±0.39.Compared with group A,the blood viscosity,hematocrit and fibrinogen of group B was greater decreasely.The difference of two groups was statistically significant after statistical analysis(p<0.05).?The serum inflammatory factors:In group A,the TNF-alpha of first days and 7th days after operation were 217.71±15.87 and 113.63±13.32,and the IL-6 were 196.04±13.67 and 115.79±12.39.1n group B,the TNF-alpha of first days and 7th days after operation were 201.99± 16.91 and 87.98±9.82,and the IL-6 were 186.87±22.98 and 84.53 ±7.12.The decrease of TNF-and IL-6 in group B was greater than that in group A.The difference of two groups was statistically significant after statistical analysis(p<0.05).?The swelling rate:two groups of the swelling rate was increased in 3 days after operation,and the group B increased significantly lower than those in group A.After 3 days,group B decreased more than group A.The difference was statistically significant after statistical analysis(p<0.05).?Pain relief rate:group B compared with tgroup A,pain relief rate in group B in3rd,5th,7th days after operation were greater than group A,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).?The time of first appearance of the skin sign:The time of appearance of the skin sign in group B was5.03±0.85 days.It was earlier than 5.50±0.68 days in group A.The difference was statistically significant after statistical analysis(p<0.05).?The incidence of the complications of skin blisters occurred:The number of cases in group A was 12 cases,which was more than the number of 5 cases in group B.The difference was statistically significant after statistical analysis(p<0.05).For the poor wound healing,group A had 9 cases,and 2 cases in group B.The difference was statistically significant after statistical analysis(p<0.05).Conclusions:Huoxue Huayu Decoction can effectively reduce the swelling of the limb after the operation of the calcaneal fracture.The prescription is safe,effective,cheap and convenient.It is an effective treatment for the postoperative swelling of calcaneal fractures. |
