Clinical Study Of Huoxue Huayu Lishui Recipe In The Treatment Of Postoperative Pain And Swelling Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Huayu Lishui prescription on pain and swelling after knee osteoarthritis operation,and to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of Huoxue Huayu Lishui prescription on pain and swelling after knee osteoarthritis surgery.Methods: 69 cases with knee osteoarthritis were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,37 cases in observation group,32 cases in control group.Surgical treatment was performed by the same group of surgeons in both groups.The control group was treated with elastic bandage after surgery,and the observation group took Huoxue Huayu Lishui prescription from the first day after surgery for 7 days.VAS score was used to evaluate the pain intensity on the first day,third day and the seventh day after surgery,and the difference between the thigh circumference of the affected knee and the healthy knee was used to evaluate the swelling of the limbs on the first day,the third day,the fifth day and the seventh day after surgery.There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Results: The VAS score of the two groups on the first day,the third day and the seventh day after surgery was better in the observation group than in the control group,the swelling difference of the two groups on the first day third day,fifth day and the seventh day after surgery was better in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant.(P< 0.05).Conclusion: Huoxue Huayu Lishui prescription has a remarkable effect on relieving pain and swelling of knee after surgery of Knee Osteoarthritis.No obvious side effects were observed.
