Objective:Observation and analysis clinical effect that Osteoporotic Vertebral Compressive Fractures cured by Percutaneous Vertebroplasty and percutaneous kyphoplasty, and discusses the difference between two kinds of operation in relieving pain, restoring the vertebral height and bone cement leakage. To provide the theoretical basis for clinical application, and to provide reference for the choice of clinicians. Methods:According to the cases into standard, selecting the 70 patients who were Osteoporotic Vertebral Compressive Fractures in department of Spine in Fuzhou Second Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from from March 2015 to January 2017.PVP with manual reduction of hyperextension body position group or PKP group was used to treat the patients randomly, recording in two groups of patients with operation time, hospitalization time, cost of treatment,Preoperative and postoperative VAS score, the changes of vertebral height, the amount of bone cement injection and leakage, the changes of Cobb angle, etc. And analyzed by SPSS21.0 software. Results:All the 69 patients were followed up for a 3 to 6 months. The two groups of patients in general such as average age is no difference(P>0.05),the two groups were comparable;1.Two groups of patients with postoperative pain visual analogue score(VAS)within 24 hours compared with that preoperation, there was statistical significance(P<0.05).2.The two groups of anterior, central vertebral height and kyphosis deformity on the postoperative of 1 day,l mounth,3 mounths were significantly improved, with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.The two groups of Posterior vertebral height on the postoperative of 1 day,1l mounth,3 mounths were no significantly improved, with statistical significance(P>0.05).4.There was no significant difference in VSA score, vertebral height and Cobb angle between the two groups(P>0.05).5.Two patients with bone cement leakage occurred in 20 cases, the statistical significance(P<0.05).All the patients no clinical symptoms, bone cement leakage of PKP has relative low rate than PVP.6.The cost of the treatment and the operative time was significantly higher than that of PVP,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.PVP with manual reduction of hyperextension body position group and PKP group can quickly and effectively relieve the pain symptoms of patients, restore the stability of the vertebral body,to a certain extent, two groups can be restored the anterior and posterior edge of the injured vertebral height, corrected kyphosis;the experimental group was lower than the control group in the operation time and treatment cost; The bone cement leakage rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group.2.PVP with manual reduction of hyperextension body position is a kind of effective, simple, low cost treatment program, the feasibility is strong, worthy of clinical promotion.
