Study On The Change Of Mood State Of Methamphetamine Addicts And Its Correlation With TCM Syndrome

Objective:The research group apply epidemiological methods and scale technology,to observe epidemiological characteristics of methamphetamine addicts and the possible rela-tionship with emotional state,combined with biofeedback therapy training,to observe methamphetamine addict emotional state change and the correlation of TCM syndrome ele-ments,in order to provide a new idea for clinical application of TCM Psychotherapy to carry out rehabilitation.Methods:1.Through the method of cross-sectional study,selecting 284 methamphetamine addicts as the research object,to investigate and analyze the emotional state distribution and influ-encing factors by profile of mood states test.2.Selecting 129 cases of methamphetamine addicts by random screening method,treeted with biofeedback therapy training.To collect the four diagnostic information and emotional state before and after treatment,observe changes of emotional state and TCM syndrome ele-ments,and explore the correlation between the changes of emotional state and TCM syn-drome elements.Results:1.The Tension-Anxiety(T),Depression-Dejection(D),Angry-Animus(A),Vigor-Activity(V),Confusion-Bewilderment(C)emotional score in the Methamphetamine group was higher than that of the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The emotional state of methamphetamine addicts was correlated with age,sex,number of drug use,drug use,and frequency of detoxification(P<0.05);3.The difference of Tension-Anxiety(T),Angry-Animus(A)emotion score of metham-phetamine addicts before and after biofeedback treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The distribution of syndrome elements in methamphetamine addicts before and after biofeedback therapy was basically the same.The disease location mainly both lies in liver,then kidney,spleen and heart.In the empirical syndrome nature of disease,the most common is Qi stagnation,then dampness and phlegmyin deficiency.In the empirical syndrome nature of disease,the most is Qi deficiency,then Yang deficiency and yin deficiency.5.The difference of the syndrome elements of heart,mind,deficiency of yin,heat before and after biofeedback treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.There was a significant positive correlation between the five types of negative emo-tions and the syndrome factors before and after biofeedback treatment,except for the Vigor-Activity(V)emotion.Conclusion:1.The mental health status of methamphetamine addicts is very poor,especially th e Tension-Anxiety(T),Depression-Dejection(D),Angry-Animus(A)emotions are particularl y prominent.2.Negative emotions of male methamphetamine addict is more obvious than that of fe-male addicts.The older,the more of mixed suction drug,daily drug using and the number of drug treatment more methamphetamine addict is the worst;that should take psychological different preventive strategies according to their respective characteristics.3.Methamphetamine addiction is the results of a multiple organs disfunction and qi-blood-yin-yang natural loss.4.The Tension-Anxiety(T),Depression-Dejection(D),Angry-Animus(A).Fatogue-Inertia(F),Confusion-Bewilderment(C),the five types of negative emotions can cause the imbalance of yin and Yang in different organs,thus forming different pathological states.The specific relationship is as follows:(1)The change of Tension-Anxiety(T)emotion has most signifi-cant correlation with syndrome factor of liver,kidney,and disease syndrome of yin deficiency,qi deficiency;(2)The change of Depression-Dejection(D)mood has most significant corre-lation with syndrome factor of liver and spleen,and disease syndrome of qi stagnation and dampness;(3)The change of Angry-Animus mood has most significant correlation with syn-drome factor of liver,heart,and disease syndrome of qi stagnation,yin deficiency;(4)The change of Fatogue-Inertia mood has most significant correlation with syndrome factor of spleen,kidney,and disease syndrome of qi deficiency,dampness;(5)The change of Con-fusion-Bewilderment(C)mood has most significant correlation with syndrome factor of spleen,mind,and disease syndrome of qi deficiency,dampness.It can be based on the internal relationship between the emotional changes and the body,which can guide the Chi-nese medicine to get rid of drug addiction more effectively.5.Biofeedback therapy has application value in the treatment of methamphetamine ad-dicts,especially in psychotherapy.
