Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenque application method and oral ibuprofen in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of blood stasis type by comparing the clinical curative effect of the two methods and exploring the advantages of Shenque remedial treatment for primary dysmenorrhea of blood stasis type Characteristics,for the clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea blood stasis to provide more economical,simple,safe,less side effects and lasting treatment.Methods:The patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the principle of randomization.The treatment group was treated with Shenque application method,and the control group was oral ibuprofen capsule.Grinding the traditional Chinese medicine of fragrant,woody,curcuma,riangular,fenugreek,wiping,clove and cinnamon,putting white wine into powder and pasting the ointment in Shenque point.The scores of dysmenorrhea degree,blood stasis type dysmenorrhea and the prevalence of TCM symptoms were observed before and after the 3 menstrual cycles and the follow-up period(3 months after the treatment).The spss19.0 was used for statistical analysis and get conclusion.Results:?Wuring the study period,66 patients were included,2 cases were lost,33 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group.?Before treatment,the age,course of disease,degree of dysmenorrhea and dysmenorrhea score were compared between the two groups.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The two groups were comparable.?After treatment of 3 menstrual cycles,group comparison was performed between the two groups.There were significant differences in dysmenorrhea scores between the two groups(P<0.01),indicating that the two groups after treatment of three menstrual cycles have efficacy.The comparison between the two groups of dysmenorrhea scores and total effective rate ware P>0.05,so the total effective rate between the two groups and dysmenorrhea score was no difference.In the blood stasis type TCM symptoms,The treatment group had significant difference(P<0.01)in the prevalence of lower abdomen cold/swollen,blood purple,blood clots and so on.There was significant difference in breast pain(P<0.05).The control group had significant difference in the lower abdomen cold/swollen(P<0.01).Shen Que application method is more effective than oral ibuprofen in reducing the prevalence of TCM syndrome.?At the end of 3 months after treatment,the two groups were compared with before.The scores of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.01).The difference between total effective rate and dysmenorrheal score between the two groups was also significant.There was a significant difference compared with before in the cold/bulge of the lower abdomen at the control group.The long-term effect of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group.Conclusion:Shen Que application method and oral ibuprofen treatment of primary dysmenorrhea are effective in the treatment of 3 menstrual cycle,the total effective rate of oral ibuprofen slightly higher than Shenque applicability.After treatment at the end of the follow-up period,Shen Que applicability was efficacy of stable,the total effective rate of oral ibuprofen significantly decreased.Two treatment methods can improve the cold abdominal distension symptoms,and in improving the blood purple dark,blood clots,breast pain and other symptoms,Shen Que application method had better efficacy according to follow-up analysis than oral ibuprofen.Shen Que application method in the efficacy of Maintain was better than oral ibuprofen.Shen Que application method is simple,safe,efficient and worthy of promotion.
