Wuzhuyu Decoction Combined With Acupoint Application Shenque Point For Treatment Of HanNing Blood Stasis Type Of Primary Dysmenorrheal Clinical Observation

Purpose: Primary dysmenorrhea is a the gynecological frequently-occurring disease anda common, severe cases can affect women of normal learning, work, and their quality of lifeis greatly reduced, and bring great pain to the patients physical and mental. Western medicinetreatment of primary dysmenorrhea by antispasmodic, sedative, analgesic, and these onlytemporarily alleviate symptoms, can not be completely cured, and will bring a lot of sideeffects. Therefore very effective way to find a treatment for dysmenorrhea, has a veryimportant social significance and clinical significance.The study looked at the YiZong JinJian "WuZhuYu decoction with reduced acupointsticking point for HanNing blood stasis type Primary Dysmenorrhea of the clinical curativeeffect.Methods:60cases of primary dysmenorrhea (Hanning Blood type) patients wererandomly divided into treatment group and control group (30cases), the treatment groupreceived Evodia Decoction with acupoint application Shenque treatment, control group TianqiDysmenorrhea Capsule. Menstrual cycle as a course of three menstrual cycles, two groupswere treated continuously observe the changes of symptoms and signs, statistics, clinicalefficacy.Results：The treatment group and control group total effective rate was93.34%,70.00%;Clinical curative effect is between groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The two groups after treating symptoms and signs were significantly reduce points (P <0.05); Group after treatment and difference between comparison, are statistically significantdifference (P <0.05). The effect of the treatment group was better than control.Conclusion：WuZhuYu decoction with reduced acupoint sticking point for the treatmentof Primary Dysmenorrhea curative effect is distinct.
