| Objective:To observe the treatment in pediatric Henoch-Schonlein purpura Simple type(Stasis-heat injury network type)with Three herbs dispelling purpura,and evaluate its clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,safety and prevention of recurrence objectively.Methods:60 patients which accorded with inclusive criteria were randomly divided into two groups,namely,the therapy group of 30 patients and a control group of 30 patients.The control group received intravenous drip cimetidine injection,vitamin C injection and oral administration chlorpheniramine tablets,The experimental group received oral Three herbs dispelling purpura and chlorpheniramine tablets.14 days before and after treatment by observing that the main symptoms(the distribution of skin purpura,the degree of color,the size of the shape,the time of dissipation,etc.)and the secondary symptoms(skin itchy,Tonsils,diet,urine,etc.),and record the length of the two groups of children duration,and follow-up of 3 months to observe the recurrence of two groups of children,to investigate the three herbs dispelling purpura on simple type(Stasis-heat injury network type)of treatment effect and advantages.Result:(1)Comparison of the two groups:including the clinical efficacy of disease,Chinese medicine symptoms effect compared.The Experimental group was cured in 18 cases,effective in 10 cases,ineffective in 1 case,the total effective rate 96.6%;control group cured 15 cases,effective in 9 cases,ineffective in 4 cases,the total effective rate of 85.7%;Chinese medicine symptoms:The treatment group cured 16 cases,markedly effective in 8 cases,effective in 3 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,the total effective rate was 93.1%;control group cured 13 cases,markedly effective in 7 cases,effective in 3 cases,ineffective in 5 cases,the total effective rate was 82.4%.The results showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,but the curative effect was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)Symptom scores were compared:the symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,but there was no significant difference between the symptom score of the treatment group and the symptom score of the control group(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of the improvement of each symptom:Compared with the control group,the treatment group of children in improving skin purpura,diet,stool symptoms was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);but in the improvement of itching,Sore throat,urine symptoms of no difference between the statistical significance(P>0.05).(3)Course of disease comparison:observation of 15 days of children with disease changes,the treatment group of children with a significantly shorter course of disease than the control group,the difference was statistically s i gni f i cant(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the control group,the platelet value of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P>0.05),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in urinary protein,urinary occult blood,stool occult blood between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).(5)safety evaluation:before and after treatment to observe whether the adverse reaction symptoms,and experimental indicators(blood routine examination,urine and stool,biochemical test etc.)are within the safe range.(6)The prognosis of the treatment group:the treatment group of children with skin purpura recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group with the recurrence rate,but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The results of this study show that the effect of with Three herbs dispelling purpura combined with western medicine in the treatment of simple typeHenoch-Schonlein purpura(Stasis-heat injury network type))is obvious,and it is effective and safe in improving skin purpura,diet,stool symptoms,shortening the course of disease,Indicating that moving heat to cool blood,disperse blood stasis and dredge collateral treatment of effect is certain. |
