Clinical Study On Treatment Of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome By Tong-yuan Theory

ObjectiveIn this study,using a randomized controlled methods to observe this Clinical effect of Tong-yuan theory on chronic fatigue syndrome,evaluating the efficacy of Tong-yuan therapy in the treatment of Chronic FatigueSyndrome,providing reference for its clinical treatment application and promotion.MethodsIn this study,all of the 70 patients were from the out-patient acupuncture department of the NO.1 Affiliated Hospital of our University,Guangzhou Uni.Of TCM and Guangzhou Huangpi Hospital,which were proper for this study and volunteered to participate in and were randomized into different groups,acu—group(35 cases)and Tong-yuan group(hereinafter referred to as test-group in shortly)(30 cases).In acu-group,using the routine acupuncture treatment,chose the main point:Baihui(DU20)、Guanyuan(RN4)、Pishu(BL20)、Ganshu(BL18)、Shenshu(BL23)、Zusanli(ST36)、Sanyinjiao(SP6),adding/reducing points according to different syndrome.In Tongyuan-group,using the Tongyuan acupuncture treatment,chose the main point:Yintang(DU29)、Shuigou(DU26)、Baihui(DU20)、Guanyuan(RN4)、Qihai(RN6)、Dazhui(DU)、Ganshu(BL18)、Shenshu(BL23)。Acupuncture 5 times a week,10 times for a course of treatment,continuous treatment of 2 courses。In this study,collecting dates for three times:the first time when the patient came before the treatment,last the treatment,One month after the last treatment.Use the FAI、FS-14、SDS、SF-36 to evaluate the overall efficacy.Collect and collate data.Finally,SPSS19.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Result70 patients included in this study,according to randomized grouping method,divided into treatment group and control group of 35 cases.Among them,excluding 0 people,the control group off 2 people,the final 68 patients to complete clinical observation.A total of three times the scale data collection.The end of treatment and follow up,Both methods can be effectively improved FAT,FS-14,somatic fatigue,fatigue,SDS,PF,RP,BP,GH,VT,SF,RE,MH score.Tong-yuan group improved body fatigue,PF,RP,BP,SF score similar to the control group,but the scores of FAI,FS-14,fatigue,SDS,GH,MH,RE and VT were better than those in the control group.It was confirmed that the tuple group could improve the mental fatigue and improve the effect of the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.ConclusionTong-yuan method of CFS treatment is better than ordinary acupuncture group,with the overall regulation,multi-channel effect,no obvious advantages of side effects.Therefore,the use of Tong Yuan acupuncture treatment of CFS in the absence of adverse reactions on the basis of,can achieve a more ideal clinical efficacy,worthy of promotion and application.
