KF Hospital Financial Risk Assessment Research

On March 17,2009,"The Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Opinions of the State council On Deepening the Reform of Medical Health System" was put forward to establish and improve the basic medical and health system,and guarantee the long-term development of the health system orderly health.Opinions which were put forward at the same time of standard accounting management would address on solving the present situation of the difficulty and expensive cost of common people seeing the doctor,which is of positive significance.But in some ways,it also increases the risk of the hospitals.For example,as the new health care reform policy executes,national financial's input of the hospital also reduces a lot;canceling the drug addition makes the medicine for the medical income mode gradually disappears;under the market economy,the number of hospital increases quickly and aggravates the market competition.In this case,many hospitals loan from the bank or through other ways to raise money.That leads to hospital's indebtedness,and hospital's financial risk arises.If there isn't a good evaluation system to monitor financial risk,the normal operation of hospitals won't be in well security,serious word it could also trigger a financial crisis.So to build a system of risk evaluation for hospital is necessary for evaluating the financial risk.Based on the summarizing of financial risk and financial risk assessment,this thesis makes an analysis on the research object-KF hospital's financial risk.It selects the asset-liability ratio and medical accounts receivable turnover and others amount 12 financial indicators,and uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and the efficacy coefficient method from the aspects of debt paying ability,operation ability,profitability and growth ability to construct the KF hospital financial risk evaluation system,so that it can evaluate the financial risk of the KF hospital.From the result of the KF hospital financial risk assessment,it can be seen that year 2014 was at high risk,year 2015 was at light risk,and year 2016 was in a middle risk.Then it makes a separate assessment for each year in order to make sure what the biggest influence on financial risk of each year.Based on that,it puts forward that we can keep away from financial risk by strengthening asset management,broadening the financing channels and so on.In this paper,the research not only points out the direction for KF hospital's financial risk prevention and evaluation,but also provides a reference for the hospital industry.
