| Objective:To observe the hemostatic effect of Qingre Huayu Decoction in the treatment of blood heat and blood stasis type of perimenopausal uterine bleeding,and to investigate the hemostatic mechanism.Methods:Included 40 cases of standard heat in blood and blood stasis peri menopausal patients with uterine compliant,were randomly divided into treatment group(20 cases),control group(20 cases).The treatment group was treated with oral clearing away heat and Removing Blood Stasis Decoction,and the control group was treated with oral administration of three seven blood stasis Ning capsules.7 days for a course of treatment,observation and analysis of the treatment group and the control group of clinical hemostasis effect,and the overall effect of the treatment before and after the treatment,TCM syndrome points,hemoglobin,PT,APTT changes.Results:(1)The overall curative effect evaluation:treatment group,20 cases of patients,10 cases were cured,accounted for 50%;6 cases were markedly effective,accounted for 30%.3 case was effective,accounted for 15%;1 cases ineffective,accounted for 5%,total efficiency of 95%;control group of 20 patients,3 cases were cured,accounted for 15%,4 cases were markedlry effective,accounted for 20%;6 cases,accounted for 30%;7 cases were ineffective,accounted for 35%,total effective rate is 65%.The total curative effect of the two groups was compared with that of P<0.05,which had statistical significance,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)The hemostatic efficacy evaluation:comparison of treatment group and control group,medication after bleeding duration effect,treatment group total efficiency is 95%,which available in 6 cases,11 cases were markedly effective,effective in 2 cases,1 case was ineffective;control group the total efficiency of 65.0%,and available in 1 case,4 cases were markedly effective,effective in 8 cases,invalid 7 case.Numerical comparison of two groups of hemostatic efficacy P<0.05,with statistical significance,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)Before and after the treatment of integration of traditional Chinese medicine:the treatment group and the control group in treatment of TCM symptoms,treatment group after treatment and before treatment compared(P<0.01.After treatment,the treatment group and the control group compared with the P<0.01.Compared with significant differences,indicating that the treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group.(4)Hemoglobin,APTT,PT:treatment group after treatment,hemoglobin content,shorten the APTT,Pt,compared before and after treatment of numerical,t test,P<0.01 that correction of anemia and improve coagulation treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion:blood heat type Wai menopausal patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding by Qingre Huayu Recipe achieved excellent hemostatic effect,and the accompanying symptoms improved.At the same time for correction of hemoglobin and shorten the clotting time and significant improvements,included patients during treatment and cure after all had no obvious adverse reactions.The dialectical treatment of Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease has certain advantages,it is worth clinical further promotion and research.Conclusion:Blood heat clip stasis peri menopausal uterine bleeding patients by Qingre Huayu Recipe achieved excellent hemostatic effect,and the accompanying symptoms improved.At the same time for correction of hemoglobin and shorten the clotting time and significant improvements,included patients during treatment and after treatment in all had no obvious adverse reactions.The dialectical treatment of Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease has certain advantages,it is worth clinical further promotion and research. |
