Clinical Research On Treating Vesiculitis Of Damp-heat And Blood-stasis Type With Jingxuexiaoyu Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jingxue Decoction for the treatment of seminal vesiculitis(damp-heat stasis type).Methods: 72 cases of seminal vesiculitis patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treat group and control group.The test group used traditional Chinese medicine.The combination of Jingxue Xiaoyu Decoction and Chinese patent medicine Yunnan Baiyao Powder was administered.The control group was given Chinese patent medicine Yunnan Baiyao Powder.In combination with western medicine doxycycline hydrochloride capsules,the total duration of treatment was 4weeks.TCM syndrome scores and semen routine examinations for red blood cell counts before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients,and statistical analysis was performed to arrive at a conclusion.Results:1.General situation: A total of 72 cases were included,and 7 cases were excluded or missed.The test group and control group were eventually included in 33 cases and 32 cases respectively.There was no significant difference in age,course of illness,etc.between the two groups(P>0.05),and they were statistically comparable.2.Comparison of related indicators: There was a statistically significant difference in the scores of TCM syndromes after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference in red blood cell count scores after routine treatment of semen(P<0.05).The treatment group was cured in 8 cases(24.24%),markedly effective in 10 cases(30.30%),effective in 9 cases(27.27%),and ineffective in 6 cases(18.18%);the control group was cured in 2 cases(6.25%),markedly improved in 8 cases(25.00%)Effectiveness,11 cases(34.38%),and 11cases(34.38%)were ineffective.The total effective rates of the two groups were 81.82% and 65.63% respectively.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P < 0.05).).Conclusion : The results showed that the Jingxue Xiaoyu Decoction group can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with vesiculitis,and can effectively reduce the number of red blood cells in the routine examination of semen.In conclusion,the clinical curative effect of Jingxue Xiaoyu Decoction group is better than that of the control group,which is worthy of clinical application.
