Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Using Jiawei Shoutai Wan For Treating Kidney Deficiency Early Threatened Abortion And The Outcome Of Pregnancy After Preventing Miscarriage

Objective To observe the clinical effect of jiawei Shoutai wan in the treatment of kidney deficiency type of early threatened abortion,and to study the early pregnancy outcome of threatened abortion miscarriage after treatment.Methods From April 2015-2016 year in April in the Department of traditional Chinese medicine for inpatient treatment in preventing obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University to kidney deficiency in patients with threatened abortion in 129 cases,were randomly divided into two groups,one group of 66 cases,treated with combination of TCM and Western medicine,Western Medicine treatment group of 63 cases.Western medicine group were given tocolytic Dydrogesterone Tablets,10mg each time,three times a day;intramuscular injection of progesterone,20mg each time,one times a day.On the basis of Western medicine,combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine conservative treatment group were given Chinese medicine treatment,oral jiawei Shoutai wan,water decoction,one dose daily,two times a day.To observe the total effective rate and clinical symptoms of the two groups.Select pregnant women 100 cases collected from clinical treatment cases(50 cases,treated with combination of TCM and Western medicine and Western medicine treatment as treatment group,50 cases)were selected in April 2015 April-2016 in obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital.Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University during early drug and no history of miscarriage in 100 cases of pregnant women as the control group,the treatment group and the the control group of pregnant women during pregnancy and childbirth complications were analyzed,including gestational hypertension,gestational diabetes mellitus,intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,premature birth,premature rupture of membranes,placenta accreta and postpartum hemorrhage situation,and neonatal health statistics,including neonatal asphyxia,neonatal adverse outcomes(death)deformity,macrosomia and low birth weight infants.Results Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine tocolysis group 38 cases were cured,24 cases effective,4 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 93.9%;the western medicine treatment group 26 cases were cured,25 cases effective,12 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 81%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the treatment of TCM symptoms,treatment group is better than western medicine group,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the complications of pregnancy and delivery(P>0.05).and except for premature delivery(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.The effect of jiawei Shoutai wan Treatment of kidney deficiency type of early threatened abortion is reliable,in the total efficiency and improve the clinical symptoms better than western medicine treatment;2.Early threatened abortion women are more prone to premature pregnancy and premature delivery,changes occurred in 34-37 weeks 3.Early Threatened Abortion of pregnancy after treatment did not increase the incidence of gestational hypertension,gestational diabetes mellitus,intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,placenta previa,pregnancy rate;4.Early Threatened Abortion of pregnancy after treatment did not increase the premature rupture of membranes,postpartum hemorrhage,the incidence of complications during childbirth equally Placenta Adhesion Rate;5.Early Threatened Abortion of pregnancy after treatment did not increase the low birth weight and macrosomia,deformity,incidence of adverse outcomes of neonatal asphyxia and death rate.
