The Clinical Study Of Compound Guanbaifu In The Treatment On Atrial Premature Beats Of The Qi And Yin Difficiency Type

Purpose:By observingthe effect of Compound Guanbaifu on patients with atrial premature beats of the Qi and Yin Difficiency type 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram and clinical symptoms,this paper is to evaluate clinical curative effect ofCompound Guanbaifu,and to provide the basis for clinical study of Chinese medicine treatment of atrial arrhythmia.Methods:40 patients with atrial arrhythmia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each with a total of 20 cases.The treatment group were treated by Compound Guanbaifu,while the control group take metoprolol for a month.Before and after the course of treatment,the clinical efficacyof Compound Guanbaifu are analyzed by observing the changes in the total number of atrial premature beatsby atrial flutter of 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram and symptom score.Results:(1)The effect of the two groups of patients before and after treatment on the 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram:The treatment group and the control group were significantly improved。In the treatment group,2 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 10%,the total effective rate was 90%,and the inefficiency rate was 10%.In the control group,4 cases were markedly effective,12 caseswere effective.The total effective rate was 80%and the inefficient rate was 20%.There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the number of atrial premature beats(P>0.05).(2)In TCM syndrome,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).The treatment group:the total effective rate was 95%,including significant effective 5%and effective 90%;the control group:total effective rate was 60%,including significant effective 5%and effective 55%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Compound Guanbaifu can reduce the number of patients with atrial premature beats of the Qi and Yin Difficiency type,significantly improve the clinical symptoms,which is an effective prescription for the treatment of atrial premature beats.
