Analysis The Qrs Complex Morphology Of Outflow Ventricular Premature Beat Differences Between Electrocardiogram And Dynamic Electrocardiogram

Objective:To analyze the QRS complex morphology of outflow ventricular premature beat and sinus beat differences between dynamic electrocardiogram and electrocardiogram so as to analyse the characteristic of outflow ventricular premature beat.Methods:The electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram of the patients receiving radio frequency catheter ablation treatment against premature ventricular beats in the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university from January 2015 to January 2018 were collected,62 cases in total,in which 38cases are right ventricular premature beat,24 cases are left ventricular premature beat,.The sinus beat and premature ventricular beats ORS amplitude and the main wave direction and QRSd and cardiac axis are detected.Results:In the right ventricular outflow ventricular premature beat,Q_?,aVR,aVL,R_?,?,aVF,V6,S_?,V1amplitude in the dynamic electrocardiogram are higher than in the conventional electrocardiogram.Q_V1,S_V2 amplitude in the dynamic electrocardiogram are lower than in the electrocardiogramCompared with conventional electrocardiogram,the mean axis deviation of dynamic cardiac is bias to right.In the left ventricular outflow ventricular premature beat,Q_aVR,_V1,R_?,?,aVR,aVL,S_V6 amplitude in the dynamic electrocardiogram are higher than in the conventional electrocardiogram.R_V3amplitude in the dynamic electrocardiogram is lower than in the electrocardiogram.Sinus beat Q_{?,aVR,V4,V5,V6},R_?,aVR,aVF,S_?,?,aVL,aVFamplitude in the dynamic electrocardiogram are higher than in the conventional electrocardiogram,Q_?,aVF,R_{?,?,aVL,V1,V2,V3,V4},S_{V1,V2,V3,V4,V5,V6}amplituden in the dynamic electrocardiogram are lower than in the electrocardiogram.The main wave direction is different between DCG and ECG in lead??V3?V4;QRSd has no diffirent between DCG and ECG.Compared with conventional electrocardiogram,the mean axis deviation of dynamic cardiac is bias to right.Conclusion:The main wave direction and amplitude of QRS complex can be different,and the axis deviation may show right in DCG.These appearances may both be found in right ventricular outflow ventricular premature and sinus beat.
