The Clinical Study Of Wumei Pill On Preventing The Recurrence Of Colorectal Adenoma After Endoscopic Resection

Objective:According to the clinical experience of Wumei Pills,it will be used for the treatment of colorectal adenoma after endoscopic resection.we will observe the efficacy of prevention of the colorectal adenoma after resection,the improvement of the symptoms through the use of randomized controlled method.And to analyze the influencing factors of recurrence of colorectal adenoma,thus effectively prevent the recurrence of colorectal adenoma and improve the clinical curative effect,and provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of colorectal adenoma recurrence by using Chinese medicine.Methods:Selecting 60 patients in jiangsu provincial hospital who met the inclusion criteria of colorectal adenoma,60 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.After the resection of colorectal adenomas,the two groups of patients were given fasting,anti-infection,nutritional support and other conventional treatment.The decoctionn of Wu Mei Pill(Sunburn 30g,heterophylla 10g,fried Atractylodes 10g,ginger 5g,Sichuan 3g,simmer 10g,dried tangerine peel 10g,raw yi 20g,Cimicifuga 10g,Ziguishin 3g)was used in the treatment group after 7 days of surgery.If spleen deficiency,stool fatigue,pond rotten,plus Fu Ling 15 g,Shan yao 15g;if yang deficiency,cold cold,loose stools thin,plus Rou Dou Kou 6g,He Zi 5g;if qi stagnation,stool poor,plus Bing Lang 10g,Zhi Shi 10g,Da Huang 5g;if hot and humid in the Sheng,mouth bitter,mossy greasy,plus Huang Qin 10g,Ge Gen 10g.Each does of water to cook the juice 200ml daily of a course for twelve weeks,the control group was not given in addition to the above conventional treatment og Chinese medicine and other treatment.After 6 months of operation,The patients were treated with colonoscopy.And we will observe the factors related to recurrence,such as age,sex,location,size,number and pathological type of the patients,and compare the clinical symptoms.Results:Postoperative follow-up,the statistical results show that 60 patients in 28 cases of recurrence after 6 months,the total recurrence rate was 46.7%.The recurrence rate was 60%in the control group and 33%in the treatment group.The recurrence rate was significantly different between the two groups(p<0.05).The age of patients and the number of adenomas were associated with the recurrence of colorectal adenoma in the clinical analysis,p<0.05,statistically significant,but sex,adenoma size,location,pathology were not,p>0.05,no statistically significant.There were no significant differences between the two groups in abdominal pain,bloating,constipation,diarrhea,mouth bitter,tenesmus before treatment.After 6 months,the TCM syndrome integral(except tenesmus)was statistically significant in comparing with the two group,but in the control group was not.Resultes:The Wu Mei Pills can reduce the recurrence rate of colorectal adenoma at a certain level,and effectively improve the patient’s abdominal pain,abdominal distension,constipation,diarrhea,mouth pain,tenesmia and other symptoms,without obvious adverse reactions.According to the clinical analysis of patients with recurrence,the patient’s age and the number of adenomas had a certain correlation to the recurrence of colorectal adenomas,and the patient’s gender,adenoma size,location,pathology were not significantly related.
