Clinical Research On The Method Of Xiaojihuoxue And Cycle Therapy Combined With Estradiol Valerate For Hot And Damp Stasis Junction Caused By Intrauterine Adhesions

Objective:Through comparing the differences of menstrual improvement,TCM syndrome integral,endometrial thickness,and the changes of this two serum factor,inflammatory cytokines and fiber cells factor,between before and after treatment,in order to estimate the clinical curative effect on the method of xiaojihuoxue and cycle therapy combined with estradiol valerate for hot and damp stasis junction caused by intrauterine adhesions,and further elaborates its curative effect mechanism.Methods:45 cases of hot and damp stasis junction caused by intrauterine adhesions patients conformed to the standard were randomly divided into treatment group、control group A and control group B(n = 15),all performed under hysteroscopy adhesion separation technique.After the operation,the treatment group used the the method of xiaojihuoxue and cycle therapy combined with estradiol valerate,the control group A used the the prescription xiaojihuoxue combined with estradiol valerate while the control group B used only estradiol valerate.With three menstrual cycles for a period of treatment,observing the improvment of menstruation and TCM syndrome in patients between these three groups,the changes of endometrial thickness and the influence of two serum factor,inflammatory cytokines and fiber cells factor,after a period of treatment.Results:(1)After treatment,the three groups’ total effective rate were 93.00%、86.67%and 60.00%,the treatment group and the control group A both significantly better than the control group B(P<0.017),however the treatment group and the control group A had no statistical difference(P>0.017).(2)After treatment,the treatment group’s total effective rate of the volume、menstrual period and quality were 86.67%、93.33%、93.33%,the control group A were 80.00%、93.33%、86.67%,while the control group B were 53.33%、60.00%、53.33%.In adjusting the menstrual period,improving the volume and quality,the treatment group was superior to the control group B(P<0.017).Though the treatmen group was a bit better than the control group A,it had no statistical significance(P>0.017).(3)The total effective rate of the TCM symptoms of these three groups were 93.33%、86.67%、60.00%.The total score of TCM syndrome all integralled than before,the treatment group was optimal,compared with group A,which was the worst in group B.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The level of TNF-a had declined after treatment.Through comparisons between groups,the treatment group and the control group A both significantly better than the control group B(P<0.05),however the treatment group and the control group A had no statistical difference(P>0.05).(5)After treatment,the level of TGF-β had declined,Although the treatment group.the control group A had no statistical difference between reducing TGF-β(P>0.05),they all better than the control group B(P<0.05).(6)The endometrial thickness of these three groups had increased than before after treatment,but there was no statistically significant difference between each other(P>0.05).Conclusion:The method of xiaojihuoxue and cycle therapy combined with estradiol valerate can effectively improve menstrual syndrome and clinical symptoms、reduce inflammation、restrain fibrous tissue hyperplasia、help regulate the endometrial hyperplasia repair、regulate whole body systemic endocrine and so on,is a safe and effective method for hot and damp stasis junction caused by intrauterine adhesions.
