Clinical Research Of TCM Therapy Of Tonifying Kidney And Removing Blood Stasis Combined With Transcervical Resection Of Adhesions On Intrauterine Adhesions After Dilatation And Curettage

Objective:To observe clinical therapeutic effects of TCM therapy of Tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis combined with transcervical resection of adhesions(TCRA) in treating intrauterine adhesion(IUA) caused by induced abortion.To evaluate the efficacy of medical treatment of the disease and to discuss its basic mechanism.Methods:The flow of43patients with intrauterine adhesion caused by induced abortion were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group22cases, were treated with TCM therapy of Tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis after TCRA; the control group21cases, were treated with Progynova and Climen after TCRA for three menstrual cycles. To observe treatment efficacy, thickness of Endometrium, Uterine artery blood flow Resistance index(RI),Pulsatility index(PI) level,and IUA degree of improvement.Results:The treatment group were treated and total effective rate was90.91%,90.48%in the control group, the overall effect of the treatment group and the control group were close (P>0.05). The symptoms of two groups were obviously improved (P<0.05), total effective rate of treatment group was90.91%,71.43%in the control group, two groups of TCM syndromes were significantly different (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment group were83.33%,95.00%,94.73%, significantly higher (P<0.05). Two groups after treatment were to improve the thickness of Endometrium (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Two groups after treatment were to reduce the degree IUA (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Two groups after treatment significantly reduced the Uterine artery blood flow RI level, compared with before treatment were significantly different (P<0.05), treatment group and control group had no significant difference (P>0.05).While both of the PI level didn’t change after treatment (P>0.05)Conclusion:TCM therapy of Tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis combined with TCRA in treating IUA caused by induced abortion are significantly effecient.The mechanism may possibly be regulating the unbanlanced immunity,improving the High coagulation state of the blood,promoting endometrium’s repair,preventing the reformulation of IUA.
