Objective:This study aims to research the breast cancer postoperative occurred thyroid cancer patients' thyroid cancer tissue of estrogen receptor(ER)receptor expression levels and serum hormone of thyroid function,for the endocrine therapy and prognosis of thyroid carcinoma analysis provides theoretical basis.Methods:To collect the patient data from the general surgery of first affiliated hospital of Dalian medical university and mammary gland thyroid surgery of Zhongshan hospital affiliated during in January 2010 to December 2016,screening for 43 cases with standards into each group,including postoperative recurrence of breast cancer patients with thyroid cancer(double carcinoma group),with an average age of 43.19±12.25;The first diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma group(single carcinoma group),mean age 41.30±12.22;Thyroid benign diseases(benign group):average age 40.84±7.92.Each group of research object data complete,real diagnosis and the corresponding surgical treatment in hospital,and to keep the late follow-up and according to the condition of treatment.Double carcinoma group according to the endocrine metabolism magazine published in 2012,the guide of diagnosis and treatment of thyroid nodules and differentiated thyroid cancer.Using immunohistochemical method to compare the postoperative recurrence of breast cancer in patients with thyroid carcinoma tissue and adjacent to carcinoma tissues and the expression of ER receptor and postoperative recurrence of breast cancer patients with thyroid cancer and breast cancer postoperative patients with thyroid benign disease serum thyroid hormone level difference,at the same time,analysis the relationship between the ER expression and its pathological features.Results:1.In the double carcinoma group and the single carcinoma group are both found ER positive expression.including double carcinoma group of ER positive expression rate is 25.6%:,single carcinoma group was 18.6%,and the double carcinoma group of ER positive thyroid cancer both are come from ER positive breast cancer.2.Double carcinoma group patients thyroid tissue adjacent to carcinoma tissues and the ER positive expression rate have significant difference(P<0.05).In the double cancer group and single carcinoma group in some patients ER positive expression rate there was no significant difference(P>0.05).3.Double cervical lymph node metastases carcinoma group and not the neck lymph node metastasis patients of thyroid carcinoma tissue ER positive respectively expression rate is 54.5%.15.6%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Double carcinoma group of thyroid,capsular invasion and coated with no invasion and the patient's cancer tissue ER positive respectively expression rate is 46.7%,14.3%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Double carcinoma group<45 years old and ? 45 years old patients with thyroid cancer tissue ER positive respectively expression rate of 30.0%and 24.2%,the diameter of the cancer<1 cm and 1 cm ? thyroid cancer patient group the ER positive respectively expression rate of 23.I%and 29.4%,cancer in dual lateral lobes or isthmus with cancer in patients with unilateral lobe thyroid cancer tissue ER positive respectively expression rate of 33.3%and 23.5%,the above differences are not significant(P>0.05),5.Double carcinoma group,single cancer patients serum TSH with patients serum TSH in benign group were significant difference(P<0.05),the double cancer patients serum TSH and single carcinoma group patients serum TSH was no significant difference(P>0.05),double compared in three groups of patients serum T3 and T4 were no significant differences(P>0.05)Conclusion:1.Double carcinoma group and single group,part of the patient's cancer tissue expression of ER positive,prompt thyroid papillary carcinoma may have a certain relationship with estrogen,speculated that thyroid papillary carcinoma may also belong to hormone-dependent tumor,but the mechanism still needs further research.2.ER positive breast cancer may have a certain connection with thyroid papillary carcinoma ER positive,speculated that the ER may be connection point to the pathogenesis of thyroid cancer and breast cancer.3.ER positive expression in thyroid papillary carcinoma may be associated with the transfer of carcinoma and invasive behavior,with age,cancer has nothing to do the number and location,but also need large sample clinical evidence to support.4.The occurrence of thyroid papillary carcinoma may be associated with increased serum TSH,has nothing to do trith serum T3,T4,which specific mechanisms need further research.
