In the 21 st century,the rapid development of China's economy,the increasing level of people's consumption,the health awareness of urban residents gradually increased,the medical service market in this context gradually expanded.Since China's "new medical reform" policy implementation,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council has introduced a series of policy conditions for the medical service industry,gradually expanding the capital investment,the people's medical security level has been steadily improved.Deepening the reform of medical and health system not only provides the development space for the existing medical industry,but also provides the development platform for the potential market competitors.The pattern of the national medical service market is undergoing profound changes.At the same time,with the comprehensive deepening of reform,the military system reform has gradually kicked off,the military hospitals in the "new medical reform" and "military reform" in the dual context,if there is no clear strategic development plan,will not be in the fierce competition in the medical services market to gain development advantage.Wu Jing Hospital belongs to the third-grade B-class public hospital which is prepared by the army,since the establishment of the medical examination center business,Wu Jing Hospital through a variety of ways to innovate work ideas,improve the working methods,in Changchun city's popularity and influence is increasing year by year,in improving Wu Jing Hospital economic benefits,but also for the Wu Jing Hospital won a good reputation,shorten the competition with other medical examination centers in Changchun City,maintained a good momentum of steady development,become a medical examination center of strong competition ability.This paper takes medical examination center business of Wu Jing Hospital as the main research object,taking medicine and health system reform as the main background,based on the theory of enterprise strategic management,by analyzing the development status of the medical examination center business,summed up the medical examination center business is facing the direction of development is not clear enough,marketing promotion method is single,lack of quality of service advantages,information construction lag and other issues;through the use of PEST analysis model of the medical examination center business of the macro-business environment in-depth analysis,identified opportunities and threats facing the business development of the medical examination center;through the application of Porter's five-force model to the health examination of the industry environment in-depth analysis,clear the medical examination center business is currently facing what kind of industry competition pressure;through in-depth analysis of internal environment,such as tangible resources,intangible resources,human resources and business ability of the medical examination center business,clear the medical examination center business in the development process of the advantages and disadvantages;through the application of SWOT analysis method,to sum up the internal advantages and disadvantages,external threats and opportunities of the medical examination center business,and through the establishment of SWOT strategy matrix,developed a long-term goal and short-term goal of the business strategic planning of the medical examination center,obtain medical examination center should adopt a strategy of WO-based,taking into account the conclusions of other strategies to reverse type strategy.Finally,this paper puts forward the implementation of the development strategy through the innovation and transformation of the five management modes,such as the construction of characteristic culture,the selection and cultivation of talents,the support of information technology,the management of customer relationship and the promotion of marketing,through strengthening the organization and leadership,a clear division of responsibilities,strengthen supervision and guidance,strengthen financial support,strict performance management and other five measures to protect the implementation of development strategies.
