Objective: Preeclampsia(PE)is a kind of systemic small vessel spasm,peculiar inflammation and renal injury as the main characteristics of the disease during pregnancy,the study aims to study the correlation between the preeclampsia and T cell subsets.Method:We analysed the data of clinical 24 cases pregnant women with severe PE,21 cases pregnant women who had mild PE and 24 cases of controls in maternal inspection groups in July 2016 to January 2016 in the Obstetrics Department of First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University,flow cytometry was used to examine the proportion of T cell subsets in pregnant women,and to determine the relation between different proportion of T cell subsets and PE.SPSS19.0 software was used to carry out single factor variance and Pearson correlation test.Results:(1)The mean age of pregnancy was not statistically significant between the A group,B group and the normal group(group C)(P>0.05);but the gestational age of the A group,B group compared to the normal group was different and there was no significant difference between the severe PE group and the mild PE group.(2)Detection by flow cytometry,the results showed that the number of CD4+T cells(TH)and CD4+/CD8+(TH/TS)in severe PE was significantly higher than that in the control group and the mild PE group,but the number of CD8+T cells(TS)was significantly lower,the study also found that the levels of TH/TS in severe PE patients were significantly higher than those in mild PE patients.(3)The level of uric acid in the PE group was significantly higher than that in the normal pregnancy group and mild PE group(P < 0.05),but compared with the normal pregnancy group,the level of uric acid in the mild PE group is not significantly different;Glomerular filtration rate(GFR): Compared with the mild PE group and the normal group,the GFR level in the severe PE group was significantly lower,but the difference was not significant between the mild PE group and normal pregnancy group.Total cholesterol:Total cholesterol was higher in the severe PE group and the normal pregnancy group than the mild PE group(P>0.05),but it was not significantly different between the severe PE group and the normal pregnancy group(P>0.05).Triglyceride:The triglyceride in the three group were all higher than in the normal range,and it was higher in the severe PE group and the mild PE group than in the normal pregnancy group(P < 0.05);but it wasn’t significantly different between the severe PE group and the mild PE group.(4)Uric acid 、total cholesterol and triglyceride were positively correlated with TH,the correlation coefficients were0.752,0.707,0.590;GFR was negatively correlated to TH/TS,correlation coefficient was-0.601.Conclusion : 1.T lymphocyte subsets are significantly correlated with PE,TH and TH/TS are elevated,but TS is decreased in severe PE patients.2.In patients with severe PE,uric acid,total cholesterol and triglyceride levels ARE significantly increased,but glomerular filtration rate is decreased significantly.3.The correlation analysis showed that the uric acid in patients with severe PE,glomerular filtration rate,total cholesterol and triglyceride levels were correlated with T cell subsets.
