Objection:Through the observation of the clinical curative affection of multi-directional stimulate tendon junctions technique to cure upper limb spastic paralysis after stroke,to explore a new treatment for upper limb spastic paralysis after stroke.Methods:84 patients according to medicine standards of upper limb spastic paralysis after stroke were divided into group A.B and C randomly, then compare group A using routine needling technique with group B using multi-directional stimulating technique and compare group B with group C using multi-directional stimulate tendon junctions technique, then adopted internationally recognized modified Ashworth rating method?Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor function evaluation?traditional Chinese medical evaluation of stroke?daily life ability assessment score and score neurological deficits as evaluation index, statistical analysis. Results:The clinical observation showed that three groups after treatment compared with before all made significant difference(p<0.05).But group B had better effect than group A(p<0.05),group C had better effect than group A(p<0.05)and group C had better effect than group B(p<0.05)by using modified Ashworth rating method?Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor function evaluation?traditional Chinese medical evaluation of stroke?daily life ability assessment score and score neurological deficits, the total effective rate of group A was 60.71%,group B was 78.57%and group C was 89.29%.Conclusion:Multi-directional stimulate tendon junctions technique can improve the upper limb spastic paralysis after stroke best.
