Purpose:Observation of acupuncture combined with hand Yangming Meridian row of spines therapy and traditional acupuncture treatment, compared the clinical curative effect of upper limb spasticity after stroke.Method:Patients with spastic upper limb paralysis after stroke were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine The first Department of acupuncture, of. Were randomly divided into two groups by scalp acupuncture combined with hand Yangming Meridian row of spines (treatment group) therapy and traditional acupuncture method (control group) treatment, each group 32 cases.Grouping is implemented by scalp acupuncture combined with hand Yangming Meridian row of spines therapy and acupuncture treatment, observation of two groups of treatment of upper limb spastic paralysis after stroke rehabilitation benefits and statistical data, according to the improvement of the upper limb Brummstrom grading Fugl Meyer score (FMA), Ashworth Scale (MAS), clinical spasticity index clinic Spastcity index (CSI) equivalent scale for its curative effect assessment basis observation two groups of each scale data, evaluation of scalp acupuncture combination of hand Yangming Meridian row of spines is more effective in the treatment of benefits.Result:1. After treatment, acupuncture combined with hand Yangming Meridian row of spines therapy with traditional acupuncture therapy and statistical Ashworth table (MAS), clinical spasticity index (CSI) decreased (P< 0.05), equal to the number of Brunnstrom scale, Fugl Meyer assessment (FMA) table were significantly increased (P< 0.05).2. After the treatment, the treatment group the Ashworth Scale (MAS) index and spasm index (clinic Spastcity index CSI), the group was significantly lower than that in control, while the treatment group in Brunnstrom scale, Fugl Meyer assessment (FMA) equivalent index, increased compared with the control group is more obvious.Conclusion:1. Scalp acupuncture combined with hand Yangming Meridian row of spines treatment and traditional acupuncture therapy, after the full course of treatment, are able to effectively reduce the patients clinical spasticity, and effectively improve the motor function of upper limbs.2. Scalp acupuncture combined with hand Yangming Meridian row of spines treatment for clinical treatment of stroke spastic hemiplegia another effective treatment scheme.
