Fu Zhong Jiangya Decoction In The Treatment Of H Type Hpertension (Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type) Clinical Curative Effect And The Influence On IMT

Objective:Observation of Fu Zhong Jiangya Decoction in the treatment of H type hypertension(phlegm and blood stasis type)clinical efficacy and to explore its mechanism.Methods:60 patients selected according to the standard test cases,control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group,all patients were treated with western medicine therapy,the treatment group plus daily oral Fu Zhong Jiangya decoction treatment,treatment for 4 weeks.The changes of TCM syndromes,blood pressure,HCY levels and IMT were observed before and after the test.Results:Experimental results show that the two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome,blood pressure and Hcy level were significantly improved,statistically significant compared with baseline(P<0.05),while adding Fu Jiangya Decoction group after treatment than the secondary control group improved more significantly,the two comparison has statistical significance(P<0.05);the two groups before and after IMT treatment did not change significantly,the difference was not significant,no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Fu Zhong Jiangya decoction can improve the "H" type of hypertension(type of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome),safe and reliable,no adverse reaction.2.Fu Zhong Jiangya Decoction for the improvement of the "H" type of hypertension(phlegm and blood stasis type)plasma Hcy level in patients with significant effect.3.Fu Zhong antihypertensive decoction can obviously reduce the "H" type of hypertension(phlegm and blood stasis type)in patients with hypertension.
