Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis Of Knee Joint By Injection Of Danshen Injection Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of injection of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of knee joint,and to seek a treatment method with short course of treatment,quick effect and no side effectMethod:In this study,60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected according to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western Medicine,All of the patients were treated in the two Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine from February 2016 to-2016 in December,The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with injection of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection in combination with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,The control group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.After two courses to determine,3 months follow-up,To observe the effect of long-term treatment.Results:1.Comparison of knee flexion deformity:There was significant difference between the treatment group and the treatment group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the control group and the treatment group(P>0.05);The results showed that the effect of the treatment group was obviously improved,but the control group was not obvious.The treatment group is better than the control group.2.Modified JOA score comparison:There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the time of morning:The two groups before and after the treatment time of morning stiffness were significantly higher(P<0.01),the treatment group significantly shorten the time of morning,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of clinical efficacy:The total effective rate after treatment in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01).5.Recurrence rate comparison:The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.It showed that the treatment group can better reduce the recurrence rate of rheumatoid arthritis in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusions:1.That intra-articular injection of Danshen injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy can relieve pain,swelling,flexion deformity,the time of morning,and improve the quality of life of patients.2.Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy can reduce the recurrence rate of patients with rheumatoid arthritis3.Intra articular injection of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection is beneficial to drug absorption,and it is worthy of clinical application.
