| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of add and subtract flos magnoliae Qingfei granule in the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis(lung heat type).Methods:To collect 60 patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis(lung heat type)were enrolled in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2015 to September 2016.Those patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 30 cases,the patients in the observation group were treated with add and subtract flos magnoliae Qingfei granules and the control group was treated with cetirizine hydrochloride syrup.7 days for a course of treatment,they were observed for 14 days,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed by random and non-blinded controlled trial.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 90%,the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%,Ridit analysis P>0.05,no significant difference,indicate that add and subtract flos magnoliae Qingfei granule and cetirizine hydrochloride syrup in the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis(lung heat type)on the effect of considerable.Conclusion:1.Add and subtract flos magnoliae Qingfei granule and cetirizine hydrochloride syrupin in the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis effect equivalent.2.In the improvement of symptoms and signs:through the two groups of patients after 14 days of treatment of the indicators of the comparative analysis of the points,the observation group,add and subtract flos magnoliae Qingfei granule treatment of itchy,cough,dry mouth significantly(P<0.01).The improvement of nasal congestion,runny nose,sneezing,nasal itching and inferior turbinate enlargement was basically equal.(P>0.05).3.Add and subtract flos magnoliae Qingfei granule in improving the main and secondary symptoms have significant results,safe and convenient,worthy of promotion. |
