Efficacy Analysis Of Lcssy On Attenuation Of Postoperative Chemotherapy In Patients With Ovarian Cancer

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and attenuated effect of LCSSY on patients with postoperative TP regimen chemotherapy for ovarian cancer.Method:80 ovarian cancer patients who need chemotherapy,were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group(LCSSY + TP regimen chemotherapy)and control group(TP regimen chemotherapy).After treatment for three courses,observe the changes of CA125 level,the score of TCM syndrome,kps score,quality of life score and toxic and side effects.Results:1.Compared with the control group,the declining degree of CA125 in the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the improvement situation of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes score,karnofsky score and quality of life score of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).3.After treatment,compared the two groups of patients in bone marrow suppression and nausea and vomiting symptoms,Chinese medicine group of bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal side effects were mild,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,compared the two groups of patients in alanine aminotransferase,blood creatinine,blood urea nitrogen andHematuria,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),comparison of proteinuria,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Indicating that compared with the control group,liver and kidney function of traditional Chinese medicine group less damage.There were significant differences in symptomatic interventions between bone marrow suppression and liver and kidney injury during treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.LCSSY can help reduce the level of tumor markers Carbohydrate antigen CA125 in patients with ovarian cancer.2.LCSSY can help improve the ovarian cancer patients with chemotherapy after the TCM syndrome and physical condition and improve their quality of life.3.LCSSY can relieve ovarian cancer after chemotherapy patients with bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal adverse reactions.4.LCSSY to a certain extent,reduce the ovarian cancer after chemotherapy patients with liver and kidney function damage.
