Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Bushen Husui Decoction On Prevention And Treatment Of Myelosuppression Caused By Chemotherapy In Cancer Patients

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Bushen Husui Decoction on stage ?B-? non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients with myelosuppression after chemotherapy,and to evaluate the safety of clinical medication,and provide clinical data for myelosuppression after chemotherapy.Methods: Select 58 cases of spleen and kidney deficiency type ?B-? stage non-small cell lung cancer patients,selected TC chemotherapy,using the random grouping method,divided the cases into 29 cases in the treatment group and 29 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Bushen Husui Decoction and TC chemotherapy,while the control group received TC chemotherapy.Observing the incidence and severity of myelosuppression,performance status,symptoms,the safety index is based on liver,kidney function and electrocardiogram.Using WHO anticancer drugs in acute and subacute toxicity grading criteria and KPS evaluation standard for evaluation,use SPSS19.0 software to analyze and draw conclusions.Results:(1)The results of myelosuppression reveals that the decrease of white blood cells,neutrophils,hemoglobin,and platelets in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.The incidence of myelosuppression and the severity of myelosuppression in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);(2)There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group in KPS scores(P<0.05);(3)The results of TCM syndrome scores showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,theimprovement rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 89.6%,and the improvement rate of TCM syndrome in the control group was 41.3%.The group was more effective than the control group(P<0.05);(4)There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the function of liver and kidney and electrocardiogram in the safety index(P>0.05).Research conclusions:(1)The incidence and severity of myelosuppression can be reduced by Jianpi Bushen Husui Decoction;(2)The performance status of patients can be restored,and their quality of life can be improved by Jianpi Bushen Husui Decoction;(3)The clinical symptoms of spleen and kidney deficiency can be improved by Jianpi Bushen Husui Decoction;...
