Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Bushenantai Decoction With Progesterone Capsule Treating The Early Threatened Abortion Of Kidney Deficiency Type

Objective:Combining bushenantai decoction with progesterone capsule treat the early threatened abortion of kidney deficiency type.Through the patient’s own symptoms before and after comparison,To analyze the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine in the treatment of this disease.and to explore the mechanism of bushenantai decoction and progesterone capsule.For the clinical treatment of kidney deficiency early threatened abortion to provide a more effective program.Methods:36 patients of kidney deficiency early threatened abortion diagnosed by chinese and western medicine were selected from the gynecology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine during april 2015-october 2016.All patients were treated with the same medication-bushenantai decoction(dodder 20g,parasite,scurrula 20g,dipsacus 15g,eucommia 15g,donkey-hide gelatin 15g,wolfberry 15g,atractylodes 15g,scutellaria baicalensis 15g,ramie root 10g,amomum lOg).150 ml twice daily(morning and evening).At the same time,oral administration of progesterone capsules 200mg(2 tablets).All the patients in the study began the drug treatment since the date of diagnosis.14 days is a course of treatment.After the end of treatment,we adopted a comparative study of self comparative comparison and observed the improvement of symptoms before and after the treatment and clinical observation indicators,comparative analysis of the difference before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 94.44%in 36 patients after treatment.Among them,the cure rate and apparent efficiency were 63.89%and 22.22%respectively.The level of serum P increased significantly,and the levels of serum P-HCG and E2 increased well.At 12 weeks of follow-up,the final success rate of miscarriage was 91.67%.Conclusions:Bushenantai decoction combined with progesterone capsules can clearly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with early threatened abortion.lt significantly increased the serum P level,and promoted the steady growth of serum β-HCG and E2.To improve the rate of continuous pregnancy by improving the function of the corpus luteum and regulating the endocrine level in pregnancy.
