The Clinical Observation Of CEA Of Blood And Immune Function In Patients With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer By Using Yangjinyuai Decoction

Objective:Using randomized controlled clinical trials,observe the effects of yangjinyuai decoction on the serum tumor marker CEA and immune function of patients with NSCLC who were in type of Qi and yin deficiency,so as to evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety,providing a reliable basis for the clinical application of the formula.Methods:Included in this study included in the standard of 60 cases of patients,randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of 30 cases using the yangjinyuai decoction + TP chemotherapy regimens,while the control group of 30 patients with pure TP chemotherapy regimens.There were two period of treatment,and each treatment course for 21 days.After the treatment,compare the differences before and after the observation between the two groups of patients about their conditions of the serum tumor marker CEA,main symptoms,physical condition and improvement of immune function,as well as the conditions of blood routine and liver and kidney functions after medication.Results:1.The serum tumor marker CEA of the treatment group patients fells more obviously,and there are significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).2.The improvement of the main symptoms and the physical conditions of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group patients is much more obvious than the control group,and there are significant differences between the two groups(p<0.05).3.The state of the immune function of patients in the treatment group is better than that in the control group(p<0.05).4.The treatment group patients' level of white blood cells,platelets and hemoglobin is better than that of the control group(p<0.05),while the level of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,glutamic oxalacetic transaminase,creatinine and urea nitrogen between the two groups had no significant difference(p>0.05).Conclusion1.Yangjinyuai decoction combined with TP chemotherapy regimens can reduce non-small cell lung cancer patients' serum tumor marker CEA.2.Yangjinyuai decoction combined with TP chemotherapy regimens can significantly improve the serum tumor marker CEA of non-small cell lung cancer patients,so as to improve the patients' quality of life.3.Yangjinyuai decoction can improve the immune function condition of non-small cell lung cancer patients with chemotherapy treatment,and had no adverse effect on the results of blood routine examination and liver and kidney function examination,which means that yangjinyuai decoction has a medication safety.
