Clinical Observation Of Jianpiwenzhong Decoction To The Patients With Gastric Cancer With Spleen-stomach Weak-cold After Radical Operation

Objective:Through clinical control study,observation ofJIANPIWENZHONG decoctionon postoperative gastric cancer patients with spleen-stomach weak-cold type of tumor markers(CEA and CA19-9,CA72-4),clinical symptoms,quality of life and the incidence of adverse reaction,for the use of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of postoperative gastric cancer provide theoretical basis for the clinical research,clinical ’basis for the development of new anti-cancer Chinese medicine preparations.Methods:This study collects 60 patients from 18 to 70 years old with the treatment chemotherapy.Above patients were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and treatment group(30 cases).Control group take 2 cycle XELOX(capecitabine and oxaliplatin into)scheme chemotherapy,chemotherapy treatment group at scheme at the same time,give JIANPIWENZHONG decoctionon,21 days as a treatment cycle,continuous observation 2 cycles.Observe two groups of patients before and after.treatment serum tumor markers(CEA,CA19-9,CA72-4)changes,clinical main symptoms,quality of survival,and major adverse reactions.Results:Treatment group in reducing serum tumor markers(CEA,CA19-9,CA72-4),improve the quality of survival,and improve the clinical symptoms in comparison with control group with significant difference(P<0.05).compared with the the two groups,there were significant differences on the incidence of adverse reactions,white blood cell(WBC),hemoglobin(HB)and platelets(PLT)were reduced,incidence of nausea and vomiting,diarrhea(P<0.05);The treatment group was better than the control group.Treatment group increased kidney function of incidence,the incidence of nerve toxicity compared with control group,there was no statistically significant difference(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.The JIANPIWENZHONG decoctionon combined with XELOX scheme chemotherapy can decotio reduce the serum levels of tumor markers.2.The JIANPIWENZHONG decoctionon combined with XELOX chemotherapy can significantly improve patients’ clinical symptoms,increase the KPS score,improve the quality of survival quality.3.The JIANPIWENZHONG can reduce XELOX of spleen-stomach weak-cold type caused by bone marrow suppression,the incidence of nausea and vomiting,and diarrhea.
