Observation On Clinical Effects Of Combination Of Acupuncture With Medicine On Perimenopausal Urethal Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Yin With Damp-heat Pattern

ObjectiveTo observe the real effect and security of acupuncture combined with chinese medicine to treat perimenopausal urethal syndrome through the clinical observation of Ziyintonglintang combined with acupuncture in treating perimenopausal urethal syndrome.To probe a more scientific therapy to cure perimenopausal urethal syndrome.Method95 patients who conformed to the specific standard were selected from the out-patient departments cases who were diagnosed with perimenopausal urethal syndrome and divided under randomized-cotrolled rule into 32 cases in chinese medicine group,32 cases in acupuncture group,31 cases in acupuncture combined with chinese medicine group.chinese medicine group was treated with ziyintonglintang,acupuncture group was prodded with Zhongji Acupoint,Weizhong Acupoint,Ganshu Acupoint,Shenshu Acupoint.Acupuncture combined with chinese medicine group was treated with the two therapies.They all treated three months.To observe chinese syndrome scores,LUTS scores,sex hormone levels in before-after treatment and total effect of perimenopausal urethal syndrome in post treatment.Result1.The comparison on curative effect of LUTS score:the total effective rate was 83.87%in chinese medicine group,76.67%in acupuncture group,and 93.55%in the acupuncture combined with chinese medicine group,during three groups compared efficacy,compared Chinese medicine group with acupuncture group on total effective,they have no difference(P>0.017).the efficacy of acupuncture combined with chinese medicine was obviously better than other groups(P<0.017).2.The comparison on curative effect of chinese syndrome score:the total effective rate was 77.42%in chinese medicine group,73.33%in acupuncture group,and 90.32%in the acupuncture combined with chinese medicine group.During three groups compared efficacy,compared Chinese medicine group with acupuncture group on total effective,they have no difference(P>0.017).The efficacy of acupuncture combined with chinese medicine was obviously better than other groups(P<0.017).3.The comparison on the LUTS score:post-treatment LUTS score all reduced than pre-treatment.There was significance difference from the both(P<0.01).post-treatment LUTS score between the groups,compared Chinese medicine group with acupuncture group,they have no difference(P>0.05).Acupuncture combined with chinese medicine was obviously better than other groups(P<0.05).4.The comparison on the chinese syndrome score:post-treatment chinese syndrome score all reduced than pre-treatment.There was significance difference from the both(P<0.01).Post-treatment Chinese syndrome score between the groups,compared Chinese medicine group with acupuncture group,they have no difference(P>0.05).Acupuncture combined with chinese medicine was obviously better than other groups(P<0.05).5.The comparison on the sex hormone levels:Comparison of FSH levels:acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine post-treatment FSH levels lower than those pre-treatment(P<0.05).The other groups have no significance difference.Post-treatment FSH levels between the groups,compared Chinese medicine group with acupuncture group,they have no difference(P>0.05).Acupuncture combined with chinese medicine was obviously better than other groups(P<0.05).Comparison of E2 levels:Acupuncture combined with chinese medicine post-treatment E2 levels higher than those pre-treatment(P<0.05).The other groups have no significance difference.Post-treatment E2 levels between the groups,compared Chinese medicine group with acupuncture group,they have no difference(P>0.05).Acupuncture combined with chinese medicine was obviously better than other groups(P<0.05).Comparison of LH levels:three groups post-treatment have no significance difference compared with pre-treatment.Post-treatment LH levels between the groups,they all don't have significance difference.ConclusionThe three groups are all effective.The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group on perimenopausal urethal syndrome was better than chinese medicine group and acupuncture group.It was safe,effective in clinical application.The long-term effect was comparative stable.
