| Objective: This study with qi qing fang treatment of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and damp heat chronic nephritis,after observing the data and clinical performance,to evaluate the clinical effect of the prescription,to prove that qi qing fang can effectively delay the progress of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and damp heat chronic nephritis,improve clinical symptoms and laboratory examination indicators,provide a new way for the future treatment.Methods: This study selected 60 cases of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and damp heat type of chronic nephritis,from February 2021 to March 2022 period in Yantai city TCM hospital nephrology outpatient and hospitalized patients,using the principle of randomized control selected patients divided into control group(benenapril hydrochloride)and observation group(benenapril hydrochloride combined qi prescription),30 people.For 4 weeks was a course of treatment,For a total of 8 weeks of observation,[24-hour urinary protein(24 h Upro),urinaryβ2 microglobulin(urineβ2-MG),glomerular filtration rate,(e GFR),urinary sediment red blood cell count(urinary sediment RBC),blood creatinine(Scr),albumin,interleukin 6(IL-6),transaminase(ALT),transaminase(AST),electrolytes,blood routine],general vital signs and adverse reactions,Input the observation index data into SPSS26.0 software for analysis,To evaluate the therapeutic effect of qi Qing prescription in the treatment of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and damp heat chronic nephritis,The adverse reactions of the patients throughout the treatment course were also recorded.Results: 60 patients were included in this study and all patients completed the whole study.The final results were as follows:1.Two groups of patients with TCM syndrome integral decreased before treatment,the difference have significant statistical significance(P<0.01),the control group effective 73.33%,the observation group effective 90.00%,group comparison shows that the observation group improvement is more obvious,the two groups of treatment effect is more prominent,there are significant differences,with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.After 8 weeks of treatment,the observed indicators such as 24 h Upro,urinary β2-MG,e GFR,RBC,Scr,Albumin,and IL-6 were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the symptoms improved after treatment,which was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating the treatment effect between the two groups.3.For the comprehensive clinical efficacy,the response rate of the control group was 76.67%,and the effective rate of the observation group was90.00%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of the observation group was more prominent.4.During the whole treatment course,the general vital signs,blood routine,alanine transaminase(ALT),alanine transaminase(AST)and electrolytes of the two groups were relatively stable,with no abnormalities and no adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.The clinical curative effect of treating patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency and damp-heat chronic nephritis has achieved relatively satisfactory results,improved the clinical symptoms of patients,and effectively reduced the syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine.2.Yiqi Qingli prescription can effectively improve the urine sediment red blood cell count,24-hour urine protein quantification(24 h Upro),blood creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen,albumin,urine β 2 microglobulin(β 2-MG),glomerular filtration rate(e GFR),interleukin 6(IL-6)laboratory observation indicators.The treatment effect is relatively significant,and the safety indicators are not abnormal,no obvious side effects,which is worth further study,showing new ideas and treatment methods for the treatment of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and damp-heat chronic nephritis. |
