| OBJECTIVE:Electroacupuncture acupuncture at the waist core muscle group to treat post-stroke balance dysfunction,and to observe the clinical effect of the core muscle of the acupuncture group to strengthen the trunk muscle strength of the patients,improve the trunk control ability and improve the coordination of the free exercise.METHODS:In this study,62 patients with post-stroke balance dysfunction were selected as subjects.All the patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n = 31)and the therapy group(n = 31).The control group was given routine medical treatment and acupuncture.On the basis of this,the therapy group was added to the acupuncture waist core muscle group.Berg balance Scale,Fugl-Meyer Balanced Function Rating Scale,Sheikh Torso Control Ability Scale,Core Muscle Skill Rating Scale was used to assess patients and to observe the improvement of patients’ balance dysfunction.RESULTS:1,By the integration of Berg balance Scale,Fugl-Meyer Balanced Function Rating Scale,Sheikh Torso Control Ability Scale,Core Muscle Skill Rating Scale,the scores of the treatment group and the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01);2,After treatment,the integration of Berg balance Scale,Fugl-Meyer Balanced Function Rating Scale,Sheikh Torso Control Ability Scale,Core Muscle Skill Rating of the treatment group and the control group were compared,the treatment group effect was better,the difference was significant(p<0.05).CONCLUSION:Electroacupuncture acupuncture at the waist core muscle group can improve the trunk muscle strength and trunk control ability,promote lower limb function recovery,improve walking ability;Electroacupuncture acupuncture at the waist core muscle group can improve the balance function of stroke patients,improve the coordination of action,is an effective treatment of stroke rehabilitation. |
