Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of sling exercise therapy on balance dysfunction in stroke patients through rigorous clinical randomized controlled trials. Methods: Eighty-three stroke patients meeting the criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,42 cases in the treatment group and 41 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation such as Bobath,PNF,metastasis, and walking training. The treatment group received additional SET on the basis of the training program of the control group. Each day was treated for 30 minutes, five times a week for a total of four weeks, before and after treatment.Patients were evaluated for rehabilitation and assessed for efficacy using the Berg Balance Scale,Fugl-Meyer Lower Limb Rating Scale,Standing Up-Walking Timing Test(TUGT),sheikh trunk control ability measurements, and modified Barthel Index. Results:Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the Berg score,TUGT,Barthel score,Fugl-Meyer lower limb score, and sheikh trunk control ability score between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the Berg of the two groups of patients The balance scale improved significantly(P<0.05),and the treatment group improved more significantly than the control group(P<0.05);the Fugl-Meyer lower extremity rating scale significantly improved(P<0.05)in both groups of patients. The improvement was more obvious in the group than in the control group(P<0.05);the TUGT time was significantly reduced in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement was more obvious in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05);the sheikh torso in both groups The scores of control ability scores were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement was more obvious in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05);the modified Barthel index was different between the two groups(P<0.05).The effect was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: SET combined with routine rehabilitation training can improve the stability of the core muscle and trunk of stroke patients, improve the balance function and improve the daily living ability.
